I'm wondering if her taunt is still pulling out her mobile and saying "Moshi moshi?".

Up against MvC, it does look sort of aged though. This looks like it's just reached the SF4 stage.

KoF is basically the Madden of fighting games. Don't make any drastic changes, and let repetition over the years be your guide.
