That was brilliant. The joke was a bit predictable, but well executed. Cownden's miming was excellent and James made a great commander.

They only take guards who FAIL the vision test- they get less distracted by things, and that's why they have to be so close to the wall to stare at it. And James' character is wearing Danger-Sensitive Sunglasses (TM).

Heaven forfend that games not have guards who patrol bases in easily-predictable patterns... Imagine the gamer-rage that would result if they randomly looked different ways now and again...

Regarding game character vision cones
I liked how it was done in DesuEx:HR (at least I think it was done like that)
Instead of homogenous cone, they used cone with 2 zones
