Oh dear!

When it comes to adventure games, there are few things as satisfying as finally finding a use for that bizarre item you've been carrying around in your inventory.

And here I am a total pack rat, stuck on fantasy RPGs and Sandbox shooters. What have I done with my life?

The art style makes me think of an Afro-Caribbean version of Grim Fandango. Looks pretty interesting, might pick it up once all the chapters are out.

or that a chart of tentacle anatomy can be made into a convincing flag,

Man, Day of the Tentacle was stupendous.

OT: I'll have to check this out, my adventuring itch is... itching.

Played it today (got it at IndieGameStand). Fun wee game, and what I had to do was clear (read: obvious), which I really appreciate. The main character's voice sounds like he's enjoying it, and there's little 'rub everything against everything' syndrome.

One down side: definitely need a fast travel system.
