Trying to design a computer game that plays like a tabletop RPG just makes for a broken computer game. It seems obvious now, but like so many designers before me, I had to learn it for myself. Max Steele relateshis Neverwinter Nights adventure.

Interesting article. I've been tempted to turn to CRPG campaign editors for my campaigns but we tend to keep things on the drama side, not really caring for the number crunching and stuff. Shame about that, because it's difficult getting a full group together in my circumstances.
