I'm not sure that I can agree totally just yet.

Your point on the Wii is really good, I have to admit that. I don't have much first hand experience with those kind of events, where I can place the Wii remote in some non-gamer's hands so I'll have to trust you on that one.

On the other systems though I think you're partially wrong. Yes. Improvements have been made, but nothing is finished just yet.
Maybe I'm just (un?)lucky with my friends that don't play games, but so far no Peggle or Lumines have made them understand or like "gaming" as a pass-time. They are still scared of the controller/keyboard/mouse. They still seem to think of it more as a rabbid rat out to get them, than an opurtunity to have fun.
I like my non-gamer friends though and would never ever convince them into liking what I do, but a tiny piece of understanding would be nice.

Still have the Wii to try and show em though....
