Yeah but I don't think, "We have dictionaries, Brains, Thesauruses, and a hole assortment of other tools which can be used to better our language" quite has the same ring to it. |

Paperboy  Posts: 12 Joined: 8 Nov 2007     | I highly doubt it's supposed to be in blue and bold. It's just to emphasize that you need to have the quotation marks around the actual quote and it's in the beginning, not in the middle of a piece of text for example. |

That rule was set because too many people would just put their first names or just a zip code...and personally, that drives me nuts. 2) Yes, you NEED to have a reason for your slogan. If you don't, you did not fulfill what the rules have stated and it is dismissed 3) You can only submit once 4) Yes, there is a badge but it is not immediate but I promise if you filled everything out correctly and submitted everything correctly, you will get a badge. Slogan first, surrounded by quotes to make it easier to identify apart from the explaination following it. The coloration in the instructions was to make it easier for to spot the rules. |

I'm guessing that the reason so many of your contests are US only is due the nature of the prizes, Copyright laws or something international trade related, am I right? |

Yeah, that is mostly what is has to do with. If we had our way, all of our stuff would be international...but sometimes that just isn't possible. We really try to create events that every community member, regardless of where they live, can participate in. |
