I have been to The Crossover once and haven't had time since, but it definitely had a convention feeling going for it and evolving into a convention seems to be the next logical step.

Okay, this is pretty cool since London is actually where I currently live. Nice to see some local representation on The Escapist. There may not be a heck of a lot else going on here, but we do definitely have some pretty good comic and collectable stores.

Well, unless you count the mayoral mishaps of Joe Fontana.

But, yeah. I was surprised to come to the Escapist and see the Comic Book Collector on the front page.

Ye cats. I grew up in London and watched the downtown core quietly fading before I left in 1999. Who would've thought there would be a resurgence because of Free Comic Book Day?

Hooray, hometown nostalgia!
