Fan Makes Monkey Island Chucks
That's right, more game-related custom shoes. This time, it's the turn of LucasArts classic Monkey Island.
If Katamari Dunks didn't float your boat, maybe these custom Converse All-Stars will be more to your liking.
The shoes are the creation of Maya Plisetskaya, a Spanish LucasArts fan living in Madrid. The shoes depict two scenes from seminal point-and-click Monkey Island, which brought the world Pirate extraordinaire Guybrush Threepwood. For gamers of a certain age, like myself, the shoes stir up some pretty fond memories of the halcyon days when LucasArts made something other than Star Wars games.
