The shoes depict two scenes from seminal point-and-click Monkey Island, which brought the world Pirate extraordinaire Guybrush Threepwood. For gamers of a certain age, like myself, the shoes stir up some pretty fond memories of the halcyon days when LucasArts made something other than Star Wars games.
