That trailer dripped with Valve's signature quality. Gotta love the subtle facial expressions, like the tiny smirk on the gambler guy when he opened the cash register. Also, I saw footage from multiple areas, including the Carnival and the bridge finale. Does this mean we get cutscenes for every campaign? | |

Who's telling you to be tied down to one game? I pre-ordered Borderlands, I'll play L4D2 demo at November 3rd and maybe in December I'll buy it, if I like. And if I like those two games more than Aion currently, I might buy L4D2 in November. Also, yes, I do want a L4D movie. Especially since all the voice-overs are so good, trailers and in-game movies also are awesome. | |

"Leaked" Left 4 Dead 2 Trailer Turns Up On YouTube
A "leaked" Left 4 Dead 2 trailer is making the rounds on YouTube and I have to warn you that if you're trying to maintain a healthy non-interest in the game, then you really shouldn't watch it.
I'm not ashamed to admit it: My plans for the future don't include Left 4 Dead 2. I'm not boycotting it, I'm just a cranky, miserable sort who doesn't have enough friends to fill out a Left 4 Dead roster. Hell, I still haven't bought the original game. And I was happy and secure in that decision, knowing that while the rest of the world was distracted by Valve's latest chart-topper, I could get caught up on stuff like Crysis Warhead and Modern Warfare.
And then I saw this damn video.
There aren't too many studios who can do trailers like Valve and even so, the studio has upped its game considerably with this three-minute masterpiece that's more interesting than a lot of zombie movies. So consider yourself warned: If you don't want to buy this game, you really shouldn't watch this video. And if you do happen to watch this video, well, maybe we can play online sometime.
