If the film doesn't have Jim Ross going "OH MY GAWD, IT'S THE ANIMAL BATISTA!" when he first appears, I won't enjoy the film if I do see it. :p

Also, his most notable apperance was Scorpion King 3.
Just sayin'.

Well not watching this movie then i refuse to support anything this guy does.

Not a Batista fan I guess?

edit couldn't find the sources except on old story line so disregard.

Too soon... Eddie Guerrero deserves better than that dude...

Wouldn't Chris Benoit or Michael Lockwood be better fits for that joke?

Seriously, it's from the guys behind TEKKEN. How can you not recognise the greatness?

Benoit's autopsy revealed the brain of an 84-year old Alzheimer's patient. Years of the WWE's abusive schuedele and steroids destroyed the man. If he was healthy, he wouldn't of done what he did.

Actually, since the damage was caused by head trauma (not steroids or just general rough living), it was more than likely the time he spent in other companies doing it. WWE years were very likely the safest in his life, and it was also very probable that he was already a ticking time bomb. WWE's on the hook solely because he died on their watch. They had been cutting way back on stunts and moves involving potential damage to the head and neck well before he died.

But then, it strikes me that Eddie Guerrero was a weird choice for you to say if you're going to "go there." If not for steroids, he'd most likely be alive. Seriously, an active prescription through a bogus pharmacy and death by heart failure?

Wasn't a big fan of the joke in the first place, but it seems particularly weird to preclude one and not the other.

DVS BSTrD:
Momoa would be better as Bishop anyway.

That's..... that's uncanny.

Maybe Jason Momoa is in fact from THE FEWCHA!!

On Topic, I know pretty much nothing about Guardians of the Galaxy. I like Momoa more than Bautista though (apparently I'm one of the few who liked the 2011 Conan.

Because Guerrero's death was an accidental overdose exacerbated by heart problems caused by steroids. There was almost no evidence he wanted to end his life. Benoit killing himself was sad, but because he took his wife and child with him, it's not a tragedy for him, just for his innocent family. But Guererro's death was a tragedy.

I have a lot of faith in Marvel, but I am still deeply sceptical about Guardians and this isn't helping. At least we get Ant Man.

Nah. Just a Galaxy far, far away.

That's a good thing?

Why does the article say wrestling fans were excited by this? I thought we were supposed to hate him. >.>
