Crytek Trademarks 'Crysis Warhead'

Far Cry creators add "Crysis Warhead" to its stable of trademarked terms.

German developer Crytek (Crysis, Far Cry) trademarked the phrase "Crysis Warhead" on March 3. The filing specifies that the name would be used for "computer games software and electronic games", along with variations for a variety of platforms.

"Crysis Wars" and "World in Crysis" were also grabbed by the studio over a year ago. All of these titles could be potential titles for potential sequels to Crysis, a first-person shooter where a subtitle like "Warhead" would be appropriate.

I'm sorry for the complete immaturity in that last statement, but that's about the only thing I can think of to say when Crytek is trademarking "World in Crysis."

Jesus age Cryst. How long can they keep up this 'Cry' thing,for Crying out loud. I'm not one to Cry over nothing, nor deCry a game developer unecessarily, but for Cryst sake this has got to stop.

I didn't lol, but it did make me think about why people judge and grade the oddest things.

I agree that Crysis was pushing it, tho, they now have to use Crysis for the sequels.
