L70ETC...are...well, a novelty band aren't they? I mean, they aren't really super great. Or, in the way that a flash over at Weebl's Stuff or Homestar Runner is funny, but not something you'd sell in a music store right? Though having said that, sites like that do make a bit of money of merchandise like that, music based stuff included. Still, it could be funny to have it, like that Trogdor song they had a while back (not sure if it was the same game). Plus, they do have other stuff I think, wasn't that 'Storm, Earth and Fire'Power of the Horde) song at the end of WC3: FT(Power of the Horde) done by them too?
WOOOOT!!!!!!! | |
Another reason GH3 is the flop of all of them.
Where can I download an MP3 of this track?
I enjoy it, though the Murloc soundbites bring back bad memories.
I just got this song and well what can I say other than, give me then three minutes of my life back. Please.
Of course I'd have to own the Wii version of Guitar Hero 3. I don't get any of the cool stuff! I also can't believe people are complaining about a free track. Do you also punch the sample lady at the grocery store when she offers you raspberry yogurt?
QFT. It's free. You don't like it, delete it, and you are none for the worse.
Meh, I say. Meh! I'll download it, but I won't be in a huge rush to get to it. But who knows, it might be a surprise hit like the Halo Theme's MJOLNIR Mix.
@ gothmogll: i think the rock song at the end of WC3: FT was by the iron maiden. its called the power of the horde
1. It's Iron Maiden, not The Iron Maiden. 2. Power of the Horde was indeed done by Lvl70ETC.
I downloaded the song and it was OK. It wasnt very hard but I didnt get 5 stars, so I'll probably play it again, lol. I think GH is losing their touch to Rock Band. Rock Band has WAAAYY better songs (in my opinion), and I think if they touch up the gameplay a bit it'll do much better than GH. (sorry that went a little off topic)
Third'd. You don't have to have it, you don't have to play it.
Necro'd thread is necro'd. Well...When I got Guitar Hero 3, I downloaded this, and had a pretty good time, so I can't really complain.
Guitar Hero III Gets World of Warcraft Track
Blizzard blares its heavy metal Murloc anthem on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
The fist sign of synergy after the Activision Blizzard merger isn't quite a Blizzard-developed Guitar Hero MMOG. Rather, Guitar Hero is offering for free the only noteworthy rock song from World of Warcraft.
"I Am Murloc", a tribute to the walking fish-people that inhabit the coastal regions of the virtual world, was recorded by Blizzard's in-house band, Level 70 Elite Tauren Chieftain. It debuted in 2005 at Blizzard Entertainment's BlizzCon 2005 convention in Anaheim, CA.
Now available on both Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network, this free download was also released to build anticipation for this weekend's Blizzard Entertainment Worldwide Invitational held in Paris, France.
