that's number 5

As for Cammy being the least practically dressed look at it this way, it allows for total freedom of movement and nothing for the opposition to grab onto so for close combat fighting it's actually pretty practical.

6 is Rozalin from Disgaea 2, and the one you thought was Skyrim is medium armor from Dragon Age 2.

5 is Raziel from Legacy of Kain.
It's a shame that so many people don't remember the great series anymore.
12 is supposed to be a heavily modified Ezio from Assasin's Creed 2.

Yeah when I first saw 5 I immediately remembered the words "Soul Reaver" so then I had to google it to get the character's name. I only ever played a demo of it but I distinctly remembered what he looked like.

That is a gorgeous Raziel cosplay. Love it.

#11 is Tiki and Nowi from Fire Emblem Awakening flanking Aeris/Aerith from FF7, 18 right guy is Pittoo from Kid Icarus Uprising.

I think the left side of 7 is Bianca from Pokemon Black/White.

EDIT: And 13 is the girl from Sin & Punishment?

16 looks like Magic Planeswalker Liliana Vess to me.

Except for her ridiculously long ponytail, you mean?

Did not see those, sorry. Yeah a shaved head would go a long way in her case, or even just short like an inch or two.

Number 14 is Atomic Wonder Woman. One of the obscure hero variations that were put into Infinite Crisis.

#13 is Saki from Sin & Punishment

I know that the guy on the left in image #18 is Dark Pit from Kid Icarus: Uprising.

Just want to join in to congratulate that awesome Raziel costume. Excellent game too!

#11 (middle) is Aeris from Final Fantasy 7, I think the others are from Fire Emblem

#12 is an assassin from Assassins Creed, possibly Ezio or just a minion.

#14 I recognise, either its Tank Girl or someone from a MOBA. Maybe a skin.

#16 Is deffinetly Liliana Vess from Magig: the Gathering

Also loving the Raziel cosplay, deffinetly my favourite of the bunch.

Number 15 is female Hawke from Dragon Age 2! It's such a great costume!

Also the one next to Ashe is someone from a Pokemon Game, I think Pokemon Black and White but I'm not 100% sure on that.

#11 the ones on the left and right are Tiki and Nowi from Fire Emblem.

#6 is Rozalin from Disgaea 2 http://disgaea.wikia.com/wiki/Rozalin

Ooh, I love this game...

#5 Raziel from Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver

#7 That's Bianca from Pokemon White/Black

#8 The Eyrewood originated at PAX? Neat! I never knew that. That's Daughter Hanna and the druid-beast.

#11 Terra, Aerith, and Celes from Final Fantasy... with crazy elf-ears for some reason?

#12 Obviously an Assassin from Assassin's Creed, I believe she's the chick from ACIII: Revelations.

#13 Saki Ammimaya from Sin and Punishment... whom I only know from his cameo in Smash Bros.
#16 Liliana Vess from Magic: the Gathering. Specifically Liliana of the Veil, if that makes a difference.

#18 I think something ate the caption, but that's Sarah and... her boyfriend, Noel was it?, from Final Fantasy XIII-2.
EDIT: Nevermind, didn't see the little angel wings. The guy is evil Pit from Kid Icarus: Uprising.

I have to agree with the comment on the Batman costume: the first thing I found myself thinking was "Wow, anyone who wears that particular B-Man Costume looks like Bale himself.

Great costumes in general, though I really like the Liliana one as I'm a magic player and most of my decks tend to be black. =P

With the proper use of head-swinging maneuvers, a long braided ponytail can actually be used as a weapon. =3

if you have something heavy and dense in the end, at very least. I wouldn't call SAO relatively obscure though, but it might be my casual anime following.

#4 Is Chrystal Maiden from dota 2

Just again, #16 is pretty obvious:

12 looks like a genderbent Ezio to me. And 15 is definitely FemHawke. She should've done the smear of blood across the nose. That would've given it away. (Even though it's vaguely ridiculous and implies that Hawke never washes)

The first two cosplayers..... just, wow.

Looked excellent, especially seeing that they really looked the part. For cosplayer #13, she could of totally went as Annie from Attack on Titan. The hair, the face, her body- it was all SO perfect to cosplay as Annie dang it! Lol.

But apart from that, makes me so hyped in trying to go as something cool for Anime Expo. I want to cosplay to that degree.

I think #6 is Rozalin from Disgaea. #7 on the left looks like Bianca from Pokémon. #11, from left to right, is Tiki from Fire Emblem, Aerith from Final Fantasy, and then Nowi, also from Fire Emblem. #13 is Saki from Sin and Punishment.

Some interesting choices for cosplay in this gallery, I gotta say.

#6 is Rozalin from Disagea 2. In a game where the final boss in level 90, her level is 1600. I kid you not.
#7, you're looking at Bianca from Pokemon Black and White.
#9, yeah, that's Neku, but the guy next to him is actually Kirito from the Sword Arts Online anime.
#11, I feel like I should recognize the characters on the sides. The one on the left looks like Final Fantasy VI's Terra, the one on the right appears to be Deedlit from the old Record of Lodoss War anime, but the one in the middle is definitely Aerith from Final Fantasy VII.
#12 is an Assassin's Creed character, probably the protagonist of the Liberation game.
#13 is Saki from Sin & Punishment, an old N64 game that was never released until the Wii's Virtual Console.

Pretty pathetic "reporting" guys. How could you possibly declare them the "best" if you don't even know who they are? Also, couldn't you just, y'know, ask the person you're taking the picture of?

Didn't recognize half of them. Now I really feel old.

They're probably running around the event just snapping pictures and deciding who looked the best on review.
Imagine having to ask most of the people of who they're actually cosplaying as.. that's some mental stress right there.

#17 the guy in the Deadpool costume, looks oddly familuar, where have I seen him before....(watches a video) OMG He looks like the Nostalgia Critic! I mean if its not its his identical twin. Thats pretty interesting.

"Cammy is by far the least practically-dressed of all the Street Fighter contestants"

... she's pretty much dressed like a gymnast, which makes sense.

But yeah, that's far less practical than Chun Li's Xipao, Sakura's school uniform, or Cody's HANDCUFFS.
