When the Escapist was moved to a new server the Appeals system broke down. That includes the failure of the system to automatically reduce Health Bar Warnings after 6 months without receiving further infractions. This includes people who have gone 2 years without receiving any infractions and thus should have had all remaining Warnings on their Health Bar removed. In order to deal with this we have set up an e-mail address for people to request both regular Appeals and for their Health Bars to be reviewed for reduction.
