God Hand tips and tricks thread

Hello gamers of the Escapist, welcome to my thread, please relax put your feet up.. would you like a drink before we start? Mojito perhaps?

Excellent, now lets get started, I've currently got GOD HAND loaded up for the fun factor, I've just changed Gene's combo to Left Jab > Uppercut > Roundhouse Kick and i'm finding the weaker opponents piss easy... but i keep getting smashed up by them devil thingies if I miss my timing.. although with the above combo i'm finding it easy to stun them to allow for "pummels" and "spankings" but while the rate at which i'm getting my shit fucked up at the same time correlates directly with the amounts of spankings I give out. (any math wizards here wanna do that as a formula?)

Anyone can post their combo's, which are more effective.

Aside, Search button got beefed up, its made of fast stuff and awesomeness, props to the Escapist tech heads.

I recently bought God Hand. I remember it reviewed well in Edge and heard a lot of people rating it well. Confused the hell out of me. I didn't really know what I was doing. I remember I spent quite a bit of time in a casino.

Overall I thought the game was sparse and need more enemies but I loved the atmosphere.

"You're the God Hand?"

no I am!, no wait, yes.

It does confuse a lot, for the un-initiated GOD HAND is basically Devil May Cry that doesn't take itself seriously.

Countering is incredibly satisfying since the window of oppertunity presents itself only for a millisecond... and you can play for about two hours before realising your entire moveset can be changed to whatever you like.

Read my FAQ.

Thank you, I shall read it later.

Just about any move is potent in the game, so you can't really go wrong. In fact, the closer to wrong you get, the more awesome you are. My only bit of advice is not to play on Normal difficulty, reason being is because as you level up and down the enemies become faster and slower, and it's fairly hard to learn timing when they keep changing speeds.
