Shouldn't need spoiler tags for the opening post. At any rate, yes, those two look phenomenally stupid. No one should have eyes larger than their own biceps, or be unable to see their own feet (yes, I know there are some people that fat in real life though. And I fucking hate them).

I try not to play games with stupid character design, but pretty much all of Jericho's cast was retarded. Not physically; they didn't look good, but they didn't look bad either. Their dialogue was pretty horrible though.

Worst character design, or possibly the best, was when our class was remaking Asteroids in C# and a student decided to make the ship as a penis.

I didn't mind the character, but the Voice Actor was awful.
Hell, I would have had Tidus be Japanese in the English version if thats what it took.

Every Pokemon after the first 150. They're just too farfetch'd (pun intended, although I do like Farfetch'd, originating in the first series ^^).

He was easily the worst thing about Killzone 2 for me. The ESRB content descriptor says that one character shoots themselves in the head during a cutscene, and by the end of the game I was really hoping it would be him.

Also, he kills the only interesting character in the game.

How about lightning from the upcoming FF13? Why would they ask the character designer to design a "female version of Cloud Strife From Final Fantasy VII"? Unless, of course, they only want FF fanboys to buy it.
Also, Beckett, from Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines...Nothing all that wrong with him, his design was actually quite cool, but sometimes he wouldn't transform back to his human form from his wolf one, which meant you would have to hold a discussion with a wolf that would rock backwards and forwards with its face in your crotch...a serious oversight by troika, frankly.
