Cpt Price is Prisoner #627, he punches you out, points an AK at your face, then Cpt MacTavish A.K.A Soap, points the same M1911 .45 price slides over to you in the end of CoD4:MW to his head MacTavish: Drop it! Soap hands over the M1911 .45 and they run, as for ghost being Gaz, it doesn't really matter anymore, because both he and Roach (main protagonist) get shot with a .44 magnum and then burn'd alive P.S just go buy the game and find out yourself |

Because no one has ever lived through being shot in the head before, right? Lived,lived,lived,anddddd lived. The point is that it can happen. Granted, it is incredibly, incredibly unlikely. A lot of things can go wrong with a bullet, even with something as powerful as a Desert Eagle. As is, they never explain whether Gaz = Ghost or not, so it is ultimately irrelevant. For all we know Gaz might have had a twin brother. |

So for a while we all debated whether Gaz was Ghost and then gave up, apparently.
Anyway, at the beginning of COD4 it was established that Gaz, despite having no rank given was likely Captain Price's right-hand man or at least one of the more senior.
If that's the case, why does Captain "Soap" seem to be in charge in MW2?
