Arsenal Gear destroyed Manhattan, though, which I think wins it the award for Most Destruction By A Metal Gear. |

Also, this is one cleverly constructed versus thread. Kudo's for your ninja skills Amnestic.
A versus thread? Me? I'm debating the very essence of what we call Beauty and you accuse me of making a versus thread? Good sir, you wound me.
Valiance: That's like saying I'm supposed to like the Timberwolf more than the Summoner just because it's symmetrical.
I prefer REX, dude...
I do prefer the Timberwolf to the Summoner ;< |

DuplicateValue: Rex seems better because the design is more believable.
I can't say much else, as I haven't actually played the games.
then do so now
The idea never interested me.
And whenever anyone talks about it, all they do is complain about the length of the cutscenes. It's not an attractive quality in a game. |

The cutscenes are what makes the game. People who complain about the length of the cutscenes are probably the same people who complain that RPGs have too much dialogue.
Basically, fools and horses. |

The thing about that is that the dialogue in RPG's tends to be optional (though to get the most immersion out of the game, you really should talk to everyone).
It's not that I have a problem with the cutscenes to be honest, it's more the way I feel like I've missed the boat in a way. I haven't played any of the games, nor do I have the time to do so. |
