Took the words right out of my mouth. I loved those games, always remember it having the option to allowing 2 people to use a single controller (1 on D-pad, the other on the button pad) on the PS1 so you could have 4 people playing. |

Played and conquered, including the one that wasn't actually starring Mr Wright...I forget its name. OT: I suppose Phantom Crash. Man I loved that game. |

Also, Sphinx and The Cursed Mummy. It's proabably better known but I still haven't met anyone who's played it. You basically switch between playing these Link like levels as Sphinx (there wern't that great) and playing as the Mummy, which is basically a puzzle game where you can not die, allowing your to solve the problems (set yourself on fire to light a torch, get flattened to fit though small gaps, get cut into 3 to solve several sections at once ect). |

A garbage RTS where units would ignore your orders half of the time, buildings appeared out of thin air when you bought them, and you would randomly get "Battle Cards" that worked similarly to God Powers in Age of Mythology. There were 2 nearly identical factions - the 7th Legion and the Chosen. Basically, there was a cataclysm caused by overpopulation, so the government decided to evacuate people from the planet. They didn't have enough ships to evacuate everyone, so "only the smart, powerful, and rich were chosen." The people who got left behind were pretty pissed off about this, so they decided to build up a military force (the 7th Legion) with the intent of killing the Chosen when they return. Exile 3: Ruined World was a fairly fun RPG. You started off with 6 party members who stayed in your party throughout the whole game (unless you deleted any for whatever reason). You could customize them pretty much however you want. Their race, whatever they're good at (so if you wanted a lizard man who was good with throwing weapons and casting priest spells, and picking locks, you could make one). You're basically given a huge world to explore and do just about whatever you want (like stealing from innocent people), and kill off the "plagues" of monsters that are destroying the world. An interesting thing about the game is the time system. Basically, as the days passed, towns surrounding the lairs of the monsters will start to show signs of destruction. Pieces of walls will be cracked or missing, and monsters will start to appear in the town. Also, you can steal from and kill random people in towns. However, doing so will make everyone in the town want to kill you. Even children and cats will be out for your blood. If you want to slaughter the entire town in self-defence, you can do that. And fortunately, they'll all respawn and forget about your crimes after a certain amount of time. The battle system is fairly interesting for an RPG. Basically, you have "action points" that get used to cast spells, move, attack, etc. and you move your guys on a grid like pieces on a chessboard. |

That game was amazing, I can't imagine that the game based on the new Astro Boy movie ripped it off so hard (at least the PSP version, it's the only one I tried) and yet it wasn't as good. OT: Jets and Guns, one of my favourite shmups, except nobody I know has ever heard of it. |

Perfect Dark is so much better than Goldeneye, the sequel that was released for 360 kinda sucks though |
