Another game that is really annoying me to remember...
I remember like almost nothing!

The game I think had lots of cartoon frogs in. I can't really remember what you did in it, but it was semi-educational I think for i'd guess toddler or just older age. In the game there were lots of smaller games. One of them involved lili-pads. Another one, you were in a shop helping this frog shop-keeper to add up the shopping and give the corect amount of change. There was a bit where there was a balance on the screen and lots of coins and you had to click the coins to make a sum of the balance. It was an awesome game and I'd love to find it again.

Oh and it was a PC game.

I played a game (I'm pretty sure it was PS1 but might've been PS2) sometime in the mid-late 90's.. I want to call it "villagers", you basicly started on a small island as a group of natives, and started procreating and advancing your civilization (much slower than age of empires though) and tried to get off that island and you met other groups of natives (Or something like that.)

I get this feeling that it might've been a demo version I played that came bundled with another game.

I dont remember a great deal about this game but i do remember that you play as a purple wizard and its an rpg style game (i think) its not side scrolling you can move any direction, i remember one boss is a troll and your in a cave and that you collect new clothes and laterns and wands that make you stronger. I also know its not simon the wizard, Oh i also remember that you collect books (not sure if they got you spells or not) but please im begging you to help i've been searching for this game for years its one i used to play with my dad it was a PC game too by the way.

EDIT: It's also 2D and i think pretty old.

liberame:
An Xbox game from around 2002-2003 that was in first person. You melee'd things and the shoulder triggers on controller controlled left and right arm. You went through the storyline injecting yourself with stuff and one of you arms had glowy veins I believe

Breakdown.

Hello to everyone. I remembered playing an arcade game with a builder with a yellow helmet. it was in ms-dos I think and was at late 90s. The only thing I remember clearly is when I played 2-player mode, my builder turned into a yellow helmet and my friend tried to threw me up high to kill the enemy. Please help me!

I forgot the name of the game but its an old kids pc game where you practice grammar in the spooky castle or house. It kind of has a Frankenstein feel to it. I remember it helped with verbs types and noun types.

Batou667:

Smeggs:
PS1 I believe.

A fighting game. I believe it had something to do with a battle royale between two schools that...apparently taught fighting.

I remember this big dude, and these male and female boxers, with gloves and everything. There were also special swap-ins (you had two characters in a battle, which you could switch out with) where the swap in would do damage. Vague I know but...

Rival Schools?

I love you.

I didn't expect anyone to reply from that extremely vague memory.

OK, so I had a lot but I figured them all out bar 2.

1 I only remember playing on a PS1 demo, and one of the later demos if my memory serves me correctly. Basically it was a 3rd person kinda thing and you played as a spider/crab style robot and I'm not sure what the objective was but I just remember walking around a pale, white/grey boatyard style area I think (no boats or water, just that import dock kind of environment). There were other similar robots that I'm pretty sure shot the SHIT out of me, and there may have even been humans in black combat uniforms (but that could be a completely different game). I THINK it was on the same demo as the Spice Girls: Spice World game :')

Second was a racing game on Sega Megadrive. It was I think from the early 90s and there were 4 types of car available (I can't tell you exactly the stats of the cars, only that on a selection screen they were lined up side by side and you could choose from a palette of basic colours). I can't remember much about the actually gameplay, only that one of the songs playing was a sort of 8-bit fuzzy guitar version of Black Sabbath - Paranoia (and this song was played throughout the opening credits). Also, it was set in space. There were multiple planets with different race tracks and MAYBE even bosses that you could "buy" the planets off.

Anyone gets these and I'll love you so much

I'm just quoting myself as theres a new page and i really would like this to be answered :)

Ahem..i have..a game i need help with too :P

I know..i'm stupid, cause i remember so bloody little about this game.. What i do know is..

About ..15 years ago i remember playing it with a friend.
There's a...purple wizard dude that you go around these...rooms..i really don't remember much more then that :(

90% sure its on the PC.. sigh

I do think it was like..in the old school zelda style, from above view.. i THINK! :/

(i just read what i wrote and damn it thats sad XD )

Spent way too long sifting thru arcade game listings, UGH.. I think it had a weird name, either some details: Was a space battle game, planets an junk, way beyond asteroids for sure. Each player had a choice of what ship to pilot or something, like-
Heavy armored but slow ship
Medium balanced one
Very fast but fragile ship

---Though the most prominent thing i spoze would be THE TALKING GREEN PLANET ALIEN MONSTER that you have to battle at some point and shootup his crater things that are expelling... ships or something...?
some bunny help meh...!! PLZ. ;)

Nvm for my question, my friend remembered!!

Its Solstice: The Quest for the STaff of Demnos! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solstice:_The_Quest_for_the_Staff_of_Demnos

But thanks anyway :)

I remember when I was like seven or eight, 1997-1998 my dad was playing a game on the computer were you are a detective of sorts and you had to figure out who killed this lady, it was a game that used real actors and you just picked what you wanted to say or where you wanted to go. I remember one of the suspects always seemed really suspicious and whenever you went to question him he'd be doing something that involved him having a possible weapon. One time he was cutting lettuce with a knife. Eventually we were pretty sure it was him so we did the option to arrest him and the video was of the character telling him he was under arrest, the guy was digging a hole in his backyard and just hit the detective in the face with it and it was game over, I think my dad stopped playing after that. Anyway if someone actually knows what that game is, I'd love to know!

I've got another one. This was on PC, maybe Windows 95 or earlier. It was and Ocarina of Time style gameplay and you had to skate (I THINK) around rooms to collect keys. The rooms were almost mazes and you only stopped moving if you hit a wall. Pretty sure you had to collect different kinds of boots to move on different surfaces, like some boots that could walk on ice instead of skate. The skating thing may only have been in one particular room though, not sure

I remember playing it in the late 90s, an action-fighting game, maybe for win 98 95 or earlier (might also be from the early 2000s).
What I remember about it is that you have 2 or 3 characters to choose from, yet you co-op with the other characters, I believe there were two men and one woman, one of the men was what you call a "goon" (huge body huge muscles torn sleeves up to the shoulders). The main thing I can remember is that this big guy can lift heavy things and pull off rails off walls (in level 2 or maybe 3 he can pull off a rail from an elevator and then you can hit bad guys with it).

It's a really old game =\ so if anyone can help me that would be great.

THANK YOU !!!

The second one was Rock n' Roll Racing. Almost screamed when I found it. Made by Blizzard apparently!

Ok, so all I can remember is this game freaked met out on the original sega haha. I think it was a kid who was a pizza delivery boy or something and I never wanted to play it past this part but you had to look for clues and stuff in this house. You could climb stairs too. The main thing that I can think of that might actually help me remember or give a chance as what game immactually thinking about is the fact that there were a bunch of rooms in the house you had to go to. if you answered a question wrong you got stuck in the Suit of armor or a mask or something and couldn't move. If anyone knows what game this is I've been searching for like 7 years haha please help!
Thank you so much in advance.

Oh and the armor or mask that you got stuck in looked like a feather or Indian hed dress or something. It was colorful anyways hah

Alex Kidd in high tech wrold!!!! Found it OMG wow what a moment haha

Miksu93:
I played this game on PSX like 8 years ago or so.

Well, you have to shoot Ghosts on this game. I remember that on multiplayer other player was blue crosshair and other red. If I remember right, there was a girl cat (red/pink) and a boy cat (blue) and you have to finish various "Minigames" to complete the game, there was bosses too, like a vampire. It's 2d shooting game.

There was few other minigames too, like a board game, where you open blocks and you can get like: A Minigame, bomb or something like to conquer the area.
The other minigame was a "car" game where you throw dice and move few blocks forward or something.

The whole game happens in somekind ghost mansion.

in adventure gamemode you move in the "labyrinth" and complete areas and collect keys and stuff to beat that levels boss.

No one knows this game? There is level like you have to shoot ice spikes which was "ghosts" and you have to protect something "Animal" or something. Also there was a level where you have to shoot "Fire" ghosts which burn down the robe where the "animal" was hanging, if you manage to survive the end of the time, you will finish that stage.

Also I mean by shooting game, it's like revolution X (crosshairs only)

okay so i remembere this game i used to play and im pretty sure it was on ps1 or orignal xbox. its like a jet simulation game and ( this is the worst description ever made ) but it was black and if you went up to a certain height in the game you would come to these red barriers and you couldnt go any further and i think you flew under tunnels and stuff and you had enemies that would shoot at you in their jets and ive been searching for it for ages and i cant find it! i think there were like police stations in it or something like there were police cars patroling or something i dont know!
someone help me!

I used to play a game where you could buy clothes with fake money and you rode around and float on a floating surfboard...I think it started with an 'I' but I don't remember and it was played in your web browser. Any ideas?

Well, I used to play a game where you were racing and you can shoot cars to lose direction. If I remember well the races were on diferent planets. i'm sure the game isn't called Rogue Trip, War Car, Ridge Racer or Rage.

Rock and Roll Racing on the SNES as mentioned a few posts above.?

no, this is not the game i'm searching. Thanks anyway.

hello, trying to remember hte name of a COMPUTER GAME. ill describe it as best i can.

2 armys on a map, you control one and you must defeat the other. you start out by building up your base, and creating more soldiers, weapons, ect. you build as you gain money. you gain money by mining/farming this green crop that you find on the board. its a somewhat older game i played in middle school. probaly close to 10 years old.

anyone know this one?

Hello. I'm looking for this game over a month now.

It is a PS1 action game, it has two story modes.
One is with a guy and a blonde girl (i don't remember that much), and the other one is a guy that only uses his legs for fighting and a girl that fights with a broom (or something).

Anyone knows it? Tnx.

I reeeeeeally want to know the name of my game, because when I was a kid it felt so creepy to play it and I never ended it!

It's a PC game from de late 90s or early 00s and the main char is a weird and ugly yellow/green guy with a big head and he enters a weird house and needs to get out of it. It's a scape the room game that you need to click and gather things around the house. There are lots of rooms like a lab (it's the first place that you appear), a bedroom, a bathroom, the place that you do laundry... and the 'final boss' I think it's a CAT, a huge and fat cat.

The pictures that I have in my mind are very likely to 'Invader Zim', that kind of creepy draw.
And if I'm not mistaken, the guy was a normal person than he entered the house and on the lab became yellow/green and weird.

Thanks, I hope that somebody knows what game I'm talking about!

Signed up just for help figuring this out 3:
I remember playing as a crimsonish dragon, and it wasn't quite as mainstream. It was pretty realistic for its time, not like Spyro, and I remember you didn't have a rider.
One of the first missions/objectives was to basically kill/eat as many people/things as possible, you could fly, breathe fire, etc...
Help? .__.

This sounds somewhat like 'Dragon Rage' for the PS2! The dragon was yellow, but it sounds similar to me!

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this;

It's an old PC game, a first-person puzzle game, where Satan is trying to take your soul. You're in a mansion on a mountain with no snow, and there's a painting of a lady that speaks, and a tram system that sends you to hell if you get it wrong.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Hey, hopefully someone knows ;)

A Martial arts 2D fighting game where you play as one of 3 or 4 animals(one of animals is panda) made in 90s or something like that and it has a storyline whenever you defeat someone you keep going further..

H2Go:
I remember an old game, similar to vectoroids. It was around early to mid 90s and I can't remember if it was Mac or PC. It was before Windows 95 though i think. It had yellow shapes (i particularly remember cones) that you had to hide behind, you were a green (I think) triangle shaped unit and I think there was a red guy that was bad and could shoot at and kill you. I think you could choose to play in arial or 3D mode. This is about all I can recall unfortunately.
Either way I remember LOVING this game and haven't yet been able to remember it's name or find anyone who does.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

It sounds like the game I had on my parent's Mac back in the early 90s called Spectre?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spectre_(video_game)

Okay, so something sparked my curiosity recently about a game I played as a kid on the Sega Genesis, but I can't remember the name. I've tried to sift through the 13 pages on this forum post and don't think anyone has asked a similar question...

It was a Megaman-esque side scroller, and had a sort of fantasy theme. I still remember the music during one of the early levels (kind of a dark techno-y beat), and the only other characteristic I recall was being able to charge up some magical energy ball in the palm of your hands and shooting it at the enemies. I know it's pretty vague but over the years I always wonder what the heck the name of that game was.

Thx!
