On the first page it only says Chapter # or Update #.

Which I mean I guess is a title, but i meant more like how you have chapter 1 named Our story begins. have that on the first page. But like i siad, its just a suggestion.

and oka, i wasnt sure if i told you to name him luke. I could have swore I asked you to name a pokemon that.

And I know it was a joke. What I put it actually what Mr. Briney says when you talkto him outside the cave. its kinda a funny meme for pokemon threads.

I see. I'm worried about running out of space on the front page, and making it a bit too crowded. I could use my other response for that. That might be a good idea if I have time laterz.

CM156:

Question time: Which Champion did you like the most? I'm a fan of Lance. He had a cape. And he seemed like a badass. That's all you can ask for, really.

Probably Cynthia because she was by far the hardest of them all (damn you, Garchomp!). Also, she's into history, which is pretty cool.

My favourite champion that's a tough one. As mentioned before Cynthia has quite a good team, can't tell you how many times her Garchomp's dragon rush 1 hit ko me.

I'm also a fan of a very underated and not really talked about much champion of Hoenn, Steven Stone.

Also if I may ask my one question, cannon wise Wallace is the current Hoenn Champion but let's say Ruby and Sapphire get remakes who should be the Champion Steven or Wallace? Personally I say let Wallace be Champion and let Steven be the overall final boss just like Red was in Gold and Sliver/its remakes.

Finally Alder is a Joke ok I will admit if you let his Volcrona stay on the field and it uses a few Quiver dances then he gets annoying, but overall he wasn't hard. I found the Elite four to be much more difficult. Especially a certain spoilt rich girl who has nothing better to do than sleep. (Cookie to anyone who knows who I'm talking about ^-^)

Isnt her name Catherine (edit: no, wait, its) Caitlin in the game?

And the E4 is extremely easy with a scrafty, a musharna. then you just have the rest of your team for back up really.

And That idea with steven being overall is pretty cool.

If its a character limit, maybe start it in your second post and refernce to it in your first.

if you mean space wise as dimensions, a spoiler would help that.

I'll take that into consideration. It doesn't sound like a bad idea.

Yes it is Catlin, I was just about to correct you good thing I saw your edit first.

Anyway

Also sadly I wasn't running with Musharna or Scrafty so I had to rely on sheer Power to over run Catlin, although my Gothitelle did have Shadow ball and I did own a Zweileous (Now evolved) so that helped a lot. Now I just use the league as a way to train egg Pokemon or to get a few extra levels.

They dont just help with caitlyn, they can destroy pretty much all of the elite four on their own.

and thanks for the cookie.

Gotta go with Cynthia. She's awesome. And fun fact, I was also in Boy Scouts.

Oh? Really? I only got to First Class Scout before I left due a disagreement or twelve in policy and the like. I was a Den Chief for a while there too. That was fun.

I'm an Eagle Scout and an Assistant Scoutmaster now.

I built a storage room for my old church.

That's a pretty good project. My old troop had no shortage of youngins, and we had somewhere upwards of 30 people show up for a guy's eagle project, when he only needed 10. If I might also ask, were you in OA?

Yeah, but I didn't really do much with them. I do work at one of the summer camps though.

Ah, I wasn't aware of that. Good on you. I remember one summer camp where the weather got to be above 110. I went through so much water on that trip...

Favorite champion? That's a real narrow choice. If I had to choose, it would be myself!
I battle with my favorites rather than picking the ones with the best stats or breeding hundreds of one pokemon so it can hit that "Perfect EV" for training or something.

To be honest, I don't really understand EV, nor do I have the desire to, really. It makes the games more complex then I think they need to be. I'll often cheat and get all the rare candies that I can, because level 100 means bye-bye to you foes

I understand EV's perfectly, but I never actually breed them because I don't do competative battling, which is the only reason one would do such a thing.

I see. I never really bothered with all that technical stuff. I just unleashed all hell on all that stands in my way. It tends to work.

BTW guys, stay posted. I should have another update out soon (As in, like 10-20 minutes).

Let's Play: Pokemon Ruby 18: In which we're as free as a bird

Question: Would you, if you could, live in the world of pokemon? I for one would not. It's just too weird a place. Also, organized crime is rampant, and law enforcement is weak. It's a nice place to visit, but not to live.

No way would I live there. Cleaning up after Poke-poops would be terrible.

You know, I don't think I've even seen a bathroom in the pokemon world either. That's... just...

Oh no!

Defiantly no, sure it seems fun in the games but in the manga no one really has a problem murdering 12 year olds and everyones an asshole.

I'd go so far as to say that some areas of the pokemon universe, it's pretty much lawless and based around honor-duels. That sounds like a society I wouldn't want to live in.

I fucking love that manga.

The same as you; good place to visit, but not to live.

While Organized crime is rampant, all other types of crime are non-existant and Vigilante Justice seems to be well-organized and effective. Also, free healthcare for pets despite a lack of any real government. Come to think of it, the Pokemon world is like the Fallout universe except without it being shit.

Personally, I think your enjoyment of the Pokemon world is directly proportional to how much you care about pokemon, and being an animal lover and Pokemon lover, I would enjoy living in said world.

Free healthcare? That's SOCIALISM!

Also, I've never read the manga, but I'm told it's good.

It's an above average series with pretty much the only good story/ characters in pokemon.

Have you ever played the Mystery Dungeon games? I still hold those up as the best example of characters in the pokemon series, and it's one of the few games that had me at tears at the end.

I played blue all the way through, and I agree that the games had good characterization, especially for a pokemon game. I didn't like the difficulty spike in the middle when you're forced to fight through three hard dungeons with no support. And the post-game, as good as it is, is pretty hard.

While Red and Blue had some major issues, I think Time and Darkness fixed those rather nicely.

But yeah. I feel as though they're a bit grind-happy at times. I also felt a bit railroaded into some of the plot. But I really liked how the pokemon were given human emotions. Twas very strong for me.

they were flawed , but still good. The pokemon element pretty much turned a boring series into an awesome series.

I'm tempted to say yes simply because I would really like my own Milotic and Ninetales, but then again with all the crime and not to mention the sheer power some of the Pokemon have. I'm looking at you weather trio I would have to say no.

Also I too I'm a huge fan of the Pokemon manga, what I wouldn't give for it to be an anime series.
