i usually watch nintendocaprisun, chuggaaconroy, pcull44444, and kikoskia. just some suggestions.
Well, there are quite a few of us on this forum who do LPing. The LP archive is also a good bet.
The Resident Evil series Let's Play (starting with 4, moving backwards) by The Dark Id is great. He also did really good ones for the Drakengard series and Nier.
^ His LP for RE4 is comedy gold. Also, the LP for Dwarf Fortress: Boatmurdered is classic entertainment. Start there. Never leave.
My personal favourite are the Teamfourstar guys playing FPS games like Halo: Reach, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 (most of their video is from this game) and their current ley play, Seriosuly Sam Here's the link-
You could always do a search for "LSD Dream Emulator" let's plays. They're usually fun regardless of who does them. Let's plays from azuritereaction and mikemnemonic come to mind, and they've both done a hell of a lot of videos.
Check out MiracleOfSound's youtube channel, he has a really good Dark Souls lets play, even though it was short lived. To be honest its the only lets play I enjoyed in a long time, mainly cause hes a chill guy and not annoying as fuck. Seriously, when I watch someone like OMFGcata im usually closing the video in under 60 seconds thinking "Dude, shut the fuck up already".
MrHaza2's LPs who is totally not me is pretty good.
Most people here are going to suggest single lets players. But I'm guessing the reason you enjoyed the Legaia 2 LP was because of the dynamic between Graham and Paul, which you can't really get out of a single let's player in my opinion. My personal recommendation for another duo would be Slowbeef and Diabetus, the former of whom basically established the LP trend as we know it. One of their best: http://lparchive.org/Dead-to-Rights/ Then we have Chip Cheezum and General Ironicus, who are less consistently good but absolutely hilarious when they are. Their best LP can be found here, for sampling purposes: http://chipandironicus.com/games/50cent/index.html and then there's the Freelance Astronauts, who are actually four guys. Might take a while to get the names straight. Their website: http://www.freelanceastronauts.com/ One of their best LPs (seriously, watch it, the game is really weird too):
Some guy called Helloween 4545 (or sumtin') has great Let's Play's for horror themed games. And recently i've been watching German ones, to "reboot" my knowledge of the language.
FFVIII and FFX from Noah Antwiler (The Spoony One) at the Spoony Experiment! Never laughed so hard in a long time after those. Plus he reviews other stuff and manages to be ridiculously funny at the same time (drunken rant on twilight: breaking dawn) and his warrior review with linkara. check him out if you haven't yet!
Honestly while I liked their Dead to Rights LP, it really dragged in places. Not to say it's bad but the game was kind of boring and their commentary really did nothing to help that. Though really go to the LP archive and look up Slowbeef or Diebetus and pick an LP. Chances are you'll laugh your ass off... again. Notable ones: Metroid Prime,Metroid Fusion, and Snatcher. Spoony's Phantasmagoria 2 LP is damned funny as well. Avoid the Nostigila Critcs LP and watch Slowbeef and Dibetus Riff on it here:http://blip.tv/slowbeef/retsupurae-vs-the-nostalgia-critic-5535142
Yeah, I just picked the Dead to Rights LP because it starts off the strongest of any of their LPs. The Metroid ones usually don't get really funny until a third of the way through, but Dead to Rights is pretty consistent, quality-wise, even if the gameplay itself is duller than a lazy serial murderer's ax.
The Creatures have a bunch of cool LP's among them, both solo and co-op. I'd reccomend the co.op LP for Dead Rising 2 with Nova and Spoon. For more "serious" ones, Jef "One F Jef" Major and Grimmith are pretty cool choices. And of course, Toby Turner, simply because he's funny as hell.
As far as video LP's go, I really like Chip and Ironicus, especially the 50 Cent LP. As far as screenshots go, my favorites are the KOTOR II LP on the LP Archive and the Mask of the Betrayer LP that is also on the archive as well. It helps that they are two of my favorite RPG's but regardless of that, they're really well done.
A lot of SSHOPK LP's in Fallout games were nice. Gix also is a nice LPer who even includes a live facecam in his videos (Not revolutionary, but fun to watch his expressions). For horror Lp's Pewdiepie is a funny sort of guy (If you can bear his stupidity with puzzles, and swedish accent.) Though I warn you to steer clear of Toby Tuner's videos. No really, just steer clear.
I feel like I should ask, why is that? He is one of my favorites, and I know I'm not alone on this.
I thought the SpoonyOne's lets plays of SWAT 4 were hilarious, especially the later episodes where it got harder. "You're in my way sir"
Didn't he only make like, 3 episodes?
Toby had it good, doing his literal trailers and whatnot, becoming famous off of them. Suddendly, he starts doing daily vlogs, His cute/win/fail shorts, his Lp's and now he's doing this animation thing. He produces videos at an inhuman pace! All the while, recyling the same jokes while his fans admire him. Yes, you could say that his Lp's are...sub-par compared to more dedicated one.
I wouldn't know about the rest, the LP's are pretty much the only thing of his that I watch! :p
I can't seem to find it on Youtube. I feel like an ignorant douche asking this, but you wouldn't be able to provide a link, would you?
This is a link to the whole series-thing.
Many thanks, my good man.
This series is just fucking hilarious. I love the dude.
TotalBiscuit and Jesse Cox play Terraria. http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL56B73C4D478D9A49 Possibly the funniest series on the internet.
I like the play of NiGHTS Journey of Dreams by the PFFT team. Ripe with incredibly stupid jokes, the playthrough of a great game, and my favorite characters in any thing ever (Two crows the people who are commenting on the game with King of Ferrets decided to make while KoF was playing the worst boss in the game, calling themselves both Russel Crow, and cackling in very high pitched voices) It's my favorite let's play ever and I watch a little of it at least once a month. It gives me hope that not all of humanity is worthless, just most of it.
I really enjoyed Giant Bomb's Persona 4 Let's Play. Well they called it an Endurance Run, but it's the same thing.
Well, other than mine of course (although I'll spare you the plug), I've been watching NintendoCapriSun for a long time. Apparently we're the same person, too, but that's a different story.
My personal favorite LP'er is Nakateleeli. Especially whenever his friend ElementalOgre is with him for co-op. Tetraninja and GhostRobo are good too. All found on youtube.
Nah, if you go on his website there is like 13 episodes. Episode 6 "The Red Libary" is one of the best he's done i think. I also agree on his Final Fantasy reviews, they are superb!
My personal favourites are nintendocaprisun and Diabetus. Slowbeef's dead to rights let's play comes in a close second.
I thought we'd go fair way without them being mentioned :) Super Mario Brothers Wii is also very good. Then recently they stopped updating, or starts doing stuff with other guys (I'm assuming from their chat) which hasn't been that funny. But then, they did Cargo, which is very interesting.

So I finally finished watching the Unskippable Let's Play for Legaia 2 and laughed my arse off the entire time, So my question is, what are some other good let's plays? Everyone I watch on youtube is okay at best but I really wanna find one as good as Graham and Paul's was. Any suggestions?
