Favorite song from the last game you beat.

Alpha Protocal was the last game I finished.
The Original sound track didn't wow me and the rest music wasn't too memorable... then I got to the Brayko boss fight.

For some reason, I can't remember the name of the end song of Mass Effect. And neither can YouTube because they ain't giving me any names. :P

But I'll still say that, because it's a pretty damn awesome song!

Ooh... Last game I cleared was Shadow Of The Colossus, and that's a goldmine of great orchestra. It's a tough call between 'Violent encounter' and 'Revived power' but Violent encounter seems more fitting to the Colossi themselves.

It's a real shame SSX didn't generate more buzz.

The whole soundtrack is really good, to be honest. Hard to pick just one favorite.

I can't remember whether I beat Blazblue: Continuum Shift Extend's story mode or my 5th playthrough of Dark Souls first so...

Alright, the last game I beat was... Mass Effect 2 for the 3rd time. So... All the songs are great, so here are a few random ones!

It's called M4 part 2, by Faunts.

So I was going back and playing Sonic Adventure DX a few days ago, aced it... Had to reply to this thread. Yeah, older sonic games have become something of a happy place for me whenever I get mad at the gaming world. Generations might just be the best one for that job yet though, only time will tell.

As for this song? I remember when it started playing during the battle against Perfect Chaos. Even though you hear it in the game's intro, the moment it fires up during that battle, you know that things just got real. It was an awesome memory from way back when, and it basically condemned me to 7 years of torment afterwards when Sonic became bad.

Ah, thank you. Now time to download that shit! :D

I just started Xenoblade Chronicles and I fell in love with this:

OT: The only memorable track from Black and White

I recently played through Splinter Cell conviction's co-op campaign with a friend. Most of music is somewhat forgettable, but I really love this song:

Too bad the story didn't have any moments that could really live up to it.

In anticipation of Disgaea 3 for Vita, I decided to download the first game to see if I really should spend $40 dollars on a series I barely know about.

Friggin' best $20 dollars I have ever spent.

What a coincidence.

It's not quite as funny as the first, but still damn fantastic.

I have to give you two a thank up for picking Xenoblade Chronicle! (Before you ask my favourite soundtrack from that game it's mechanical rhythm and mechonis field which you will heard those two later on in the game).

OT- Honestly I haven't got much to pick from as I didn't like The Last Story soundtrack that much (there are little variation in the soundtrack compare to Xenoblade chronicle).

It's hard to say. In my opinion it's nowhere near great compared to Xenoblade Chronicle but there are people who like it.

The best way I can describe that game is The Last Story is more quality over quantity while Xenoblade is quantity over quality (since you know how huge the area can be and the amount of sidequests you get).

In saying so The Last Story lack the proper freedom as it's more of a linear game but to level up there are repeatable dungeons to partake (I guess that make it a dungeon crawler).

The plus side however is that every weapons are unquie looking while you may have notice the weapons in Xenoblade are just the same weapon but with different colours. The armour is different as well as they are limited armours to choose from but the armour itself only affert your stats by alittle. The interest thing with the armour is that you can upgrade it to give it better stats and it also upgrade the apperances like adding more amour onto it.

Likewise I already mention about the soundtrack (I prefer Xenoblade so much more). Lastly while the characters are just as likeable compared to the crew in Xenoblade but I prefer Shulk over the two main characters in The Last Story and also the story in Xenoblade is better compare to The Last Story (it's quite cliche).

Before you ask me about Pandora's Tower (it was out last Friday). I haven't bought it yet. From the reviews I have seen it's been getting 7/8 out of 10 so I probably will buy it eventually.

Scarim Coral:

My thoughts exactly. Last Story isn't even nearly on par with Xenoblade. It's more restricting, characters not as likeable and the combat mechanic a little confusing, although I'm slowly starting to get the hang of it. I still quite like the game, it's definitely growing on me, but it's no Xenoblade.

Looking forward to how Pandora's Tower fares.
