Especially KOFs 99 and 2002. Never beat the singe player modes in those. |

So Lame. |

So very true! I've never beat them without continuing with the "start boss with 1/3 health" option. By the time I got to the last boss in Parasite Eve 2 I'd run out of most of my ammo and health and I couldn't be bothered going right back and preserving them. In summary, I gave up. |

Infamous Scribbler Posts: 651 Joined: 6 Feb 2008 | I never beat Metroid Prime 2's final boss, but that's mostly because I could only get in two attempts before my memory card was wiped. That was tragic. Also, I never beat Vergil in DMC3. I never beat DMC4's last boss either, but that was more a matter of "I'm sick of this freaking game" than "this boss is too hard." |

ive had that same problem, except it was with the orginal breath of fire and my sister didnt delete the file on accident. |

Yes! Thank you! KOF has the WORST bosses ever! They have unblockable attacks, unending combos, and unlimited special combo attacks that they can summon at will. The difficulty curve of any KOF game goes from logical progression to brick wall inside of 15 seconds! |

Paperboy Posts: 15 Joined: 13 Aug 2008 | The final boss of DMC2. It was just a ridiculously hard fight. It kept shooting crap left and right and spamming crap from the earlier bosses. Eventually I said "F*** This Sh**!!" and sent it back. |

Technically every Madden game I've ever played; never got to the super bowl (or finished a season for that matter). The elite four in pokemen red, blue, and ruby. Just didn't put in the time. |

One of the reasons I hate facing computer opponents in fighting games is because they are able to execute combos, counters and guards that no human could possibly string together. |

You deserve that shame, sir! Go beat that game right now! |
Copy Clerk Posts: 101 Joined: 8 Jan 2008 | Raam from Gears. I don't know why. I even went to the FAQs and everything. I was playing it right, but I just couldn't hit him enough times before he drove me into the flocks of bats. Overall, I was unhappy with fighting him anyway. After working through all of the game where the type of weapon you use was secondary to how you used it, being forced to use explosive arrows and the sniper rifle instead of your trusty assault rifle felt like a cop out. |

1v1 40? wow bold move there. I always follow my/the rule of 60, never face the final boss of any rpg unless you are at least lvl 60, its like the safe zone or something, never has failed me much. As for me, I never got around to beating the last mission/boss of Bahamut Lagoon, God damn was that an awesome game but every time i would get close to the end, I would run into comp troubles and lose the save file. *sighs* some day Alexander, some day i will kick your ass. |

First you fight an insanely powerfull Sorceress (although I think you get recharged after that fight) then you immediately face an overpowered as can be dracolich. Warhammer: Dark Omen. That bloody arse has to be cheating! You can only use 10 regiments while I know I have seen that jerk with as many as 14 regiments! How are you supposed to beat that, considering the dreadlord can probably take on 3-4 regiments by himself anyways! |

18 hours of play and you couldn't beat him, correct? |
