why when i went on battlefield the other day was most of the people on there stupidly young "children" i thought that battlefield was a 16+ game this may be a bit hypocritical of me as im 15 but who cares im decent at the game and i dont sound like a choir boy on the mic ! how come children are on xbox live and why the hell are their parents letting them

Aren't you just focusing your in game death on a child? what if a group of 30 yr olds "ganked" you? It's unfair to hate a group because they have to use "teamwork" to win. Ganking is unfair but they're playing to win, so why don't you just beat them back.

yeah im not a huge GoW online player *gasp a 360 owner who doesnt like gears of war!*
... but it is precisely because of these little kids ruining the games. everytime i spawned some little kid would shotty me in the back and id be out for the rest of the round. not exactly my idea of fun. Ive found TF2 to have a really good online community.

So are you upset they're playing the games or that they play them in ways that aggravate you? If you think they're not old enough to play, then don't give them a chance. If you think they deserve a chance, please stop complaining when they play however they want.

Soooo...the consenus from the escapist community is that video game censorship is generally bad, but censoring kids from going online is good.

so where are their parents? I wasn't alowwed to buy GTA until i was about 16 because it was an 18.. and for a reason. that is responsible parenting to me. hell i hated my dad at the time but i see his point now. its more they play and ruin it for everyone else. i think if your old enough to be playing a game your old enough to play it with enough respect and thoughfulness so that others can enjoy it to. of course theres teabagging and what not and hell its all funny but teamkillin etc is just plain stupid and it really does ruin the game. it put me off GoW completely because it kept happening over and over in loads of rooms. Im just waiting for them all to move over to GoW2 in november and taint that with their evil team killing, game ruining, juvenile foul mouthed ways.

few things you need to understand right. the rating on the box of a game is purely for retail on who and who not to sell it too. it's the same with DVDs anyone of any age can play. yes the little kids on xbox live are annoying but they have every right to play it. now ether mute them or get on the PSN.

second why are you parents letting you on it? let me have a little guess your parents used to be real bastards when it came to ratings and not buying you games recommended for players older than you were but now you can by 16+ games and your a little bit bitter against kids who's parents do by them the game.

I don't hate kids on live. I hate the idiotic screaming kids on live. It's fine if thier ok and don't think thier the greatest then run in and die 8 times without killing a single soul ever. But when you get those morons it's really annoying and I usually leave but sometimes it's funny watching them shout random insults and wrong facts like just 2 days ago i heard that americans invented the english language I thought that was the english but what the hell do I know. If these kids would stop shouting/screaming and being total morons sometimes then it'd be ok.

amazing game. like i said good community, good gameplay. i got really good as the sniper. like 24 hours of just playing as a sniper. definatly give it a whirl. comes with HL2,EP1,EP2 and portal so cant exactly go wrong, sorry little off topic there
