A Holy Fire range increase ^^
I like those, because they're cheats. They fun things to do when your bored, but you don't have to use them, they don't affect online, and if you think they make you a sleazeball, don't do it. I'd like to still have skills usable from the left and right-click. Now you have a bar at the bottom that you click on. I want to map things like Zeal and the double-hit barbarian thing to left click so I don't have to spam "1" over and over again while aiming with my mouse, then having to use my third arm to use my secondary skill instead of using right-click.
i want necromancer class to be in there but it looks like they may be replacing it with which doctor >:(
I'd like to see more crossbows.
It just sounds like Necromancer with more shit...therefore making him "unbalanced" or something.
Griswald | |
If I heard something right, the Necromancer isn't coming back. I think the person said the Barbarian was the only original class they're bringing back is the Barbarian. I think that's ridiculous and stupid, but I may have misheard. I didn't hear this from some d00d, but developer for Diablo III.
I quit. I am not playing it if they don't have Necromancers. My favorite class on that game...
Well quit. Look at this: http://kotaku.com/5039711/only-the-barbarian-will-return-in-diablo-iii Only 5 classes? And no other original those [expletive deleted]-[vulgarity] [racial slur]'s. How the [expletive] can they be so [blaspheme] stupid as to [expletive] bring back the [expletive][blaspheme][vulgar] Paladin and Necromancer back? Those [genital]-[expletive][genital]'s. The Necromancer was the best class! Well I assume Amazon will become Rogue again or a Marksman or something, Sorceress WIZARD, and what have you. Just different names and tweaks is fine, but the Witch Doctor is too different.
I would love to see an ending, a happy ending. one of the things that i found frustrating about the the second game is that i knew no matter how much of a hero i was things were going to end up going poorly.
More Lagromancers. | |
I second that one, although ToB kind of had an . . . interesting ending. What I was really hoping they'd do would be to go through a massive transformation of the entire setting due to the fact that you destroyed the world crystal which was supposed to be the source of all this weird mystical stuff floating around. So now that heaven and hell are gone, it's time for humans to find some way to live in a vastly different world, so the game could be more about trying to cope with all the bizarre and creepy changes that are occurring. Barring that, I hope they just don't bring back Diablo, Mephisto, and Baal in some incredibly cheesy and hackneyed way. Let them stay dead! Make them some kind of massive fascinating metaphor so you can keep the title of the game but throw everything else out and start fresh! I hope they keep LAN play instead of making it "online or nothin', beyoznitch!" like Hellgate. I like playing with my friends but I prefer to avoid contact with the unwashed masses when I'm trying to game. I hope the gameplay changes up as much as it did in the gap between Diablo I and Diablo II. The demo movie I saw reminded me a LOT of Planescape: Torment, which would be an interesting aesthetic change and would make the new game distinctive. There are a few things from Titan Quest I hope they integrate: no longer having to buy scrolls of Identify and Town Portal, for instance. TQ did a fairly good job of taking the Diablo II experience and making it less annoying, unfortunately it lacked the really original flavor that made DII so much fun.
For it to be playable on a console as well. As good as Diablo is I enjoyed it more on the PS1 than the P.C. It feels more strategic to mash buttons than to point and click to me. A personal opinion nothing more.
It could work on a console. I always found the controls a bit annoying, especially in melee: But seriously, I would like to see less focus on maxing out a single skill. That always felt boring to me. I like to have LOTS of skills that are all fun and useful. Some healing skills, especially useable on others would be cool too, reducing the need to carry 20-30 potions all the time. Speaking of potions, I really liked the system Dungeon Siege used, where you just pushed a button and your character only drank as much potion as he needed to fully heal. Oh, and if the witch doctor can make zombies, I may forgive them for killing the necro.
I said it before, but Griswald!
All this fuss about the Necro being gone. They (developers) stated that the Necro was about as good as a class could get, and they really couldn't improve it for Diablo 3, so the made the Witch Doctor instead.
Griswold is dead. I beat his zombie face to a pulp with Wirt's Leg. But I totally forgot about Morbo. I wonder if Futurama got the name from him? Probably not.
No... Griswald returns again.
I wanna see the same addictive qualities that were Diablo 2. Except shiny. And new. And with an order of magnitude more enemies and blood.
Horror, way more horror. Something Diablo 2 was severly lacking in certain points. Also, better classes, but from seeing the witchdoctor I doubt that'll happen. Who fantasizes about being a witchdoctor anyway?
I do, and you just had to poke fun. For saying that I am gonna voodoo you good.
it all looks good so far, but i wouldn't mind some stealth?
I ain't scared of your "Ooh-ee-ooh-ah-ah, ting-tang-walla-walla-bing-bang" Hmm, actually I might just make a witchdoctor so I can spam that in chat...
I've heard that there were so many complaints about the lack of a necromancer that blizzard are actually considering including it in a later patch or something.
Something like the Paladin at least. I want to be a knight battling the legions of hell...and in the game? I jest, but still I'm going to be pissed if they remove any option for being a valiant do-gooder type with a shiny sword and shield. Proud owner of a level 60 sacrafice-a-din. God damn that was a hard going build.
More awkward sexual moments with Deckard Cain. "That's quite a treasure you have there in your horadric cube"
Something to persuade me to want to buy it.
I would love and will more than likely get a game where you CANT make ridiculous items... Remember those? The cheats that turned people into fighter planes armed with obscene amounts of fire power?
