That's a good point, maybe I will. I have a ton of Wii games I haven't finished yet, and a boatload of old PC games |

(If you can sell a copy of a game for 50 bucks, gameespot will give you 25 or less.) I always snicker when the gamestop employees shout after me, "Bring some tradeins next time, save some money!" Yeah, handing over 50% of your shit's worth for free is an awesome deal. |

I have since become a collector with an impressive collection (I feel) and have replaced all of them except Harvest Moon. Been searching for it for the better part of 3 years. |

I saw the other topic and this instantly sprung to mind. At my store we constantly get people buying back games they traded in earlier, more or less giving us free money. I've never bought them back, but I've regretted a few trade ins myself.
1) Shadowrun Oh, yeah, I can hear you out there. Shadowrun?! That game only had like... 5 maps! Why do that when you can play ___________ (Halo, Counterstrike, COD4, Rainbow Six Vegas)
Shadowrun, like no other shooter I've ever played, required teamwork. One loser on your team (and believe me when the game launched there were lots of Halo-holdovers who had no business being there) and you're not going to have any fun. But playing for a few months I found a tight-knit community on there and they were all great guys and girls. I had tons of fun. I wish I'd stayed involved but my Xbox ringed out on me and I culled just about my entire collection of games waiting for the repaired one.
2) Hitman: Blood Money, I beat that game and in my euphoria turned it in towards some other game. What I hadn't realized after all that work was that after doing a perfect kill and getting the big points, you can always go back and "sandbox style" your kills. Sloppy can be fun if you take the right equipment and screw around.
Howabout you guys?
