Right im really tempted to buy spore for my PC as it looks really good.
But i keep hearing opinions from all over the place some good but some also bad saying that the game isnt as great as its made out to be and probably isnt worth getting.
Im sort of wanting to go and buy it but dont really want to waste my money if it turns out not as great as expected.

Anyone got the game who could possibly just tell me what its like or recomend buying it or not

Just it looks pretty awesome in videos and reviews ive seen.
But i dont want to go out and be dissapointed afterward like a few people have told me they have been because it really isnt as great as everyone made it out to be.

I really liked it, it's like a few games in one. At first it's like FlOw, then it's kinda like the sims crossed with a rpg, taking care of food needs of creature and grouping up to beat other monster. Then it becoms like Age of empires controlling tribes and then cities for planet domination. Finally becoming like Escape Velocity for the final stage.

There a LOT of creativity to be vented. You can make Land vehicles, air vehicles, water vehicles, houses, outfits as well as the creatures themselves.

Camera angles get a bit annoying is my only issue with it.

I really really want this game, and I have more than enough money (get it off Amazon for about £26 ;)) but my dad won't let me buy it :C. He won't say why.

I'm sure it comes down to your preferences in video games. Whilst it looks interesting and innovative I'm not going to get it because frankly, it looks boring. Then again The Sims and Sim City have never interested me. I can play Theme Hospital et al due to the pitch black humour so I guess if someone hypes some sort of humour then it may pique my interest.
