Game Of The Year for 2000? well according the gamespot.com that would be the sims. no link or nuthin to some random open ended thread..so either im an idiot or this doesn't make sense...Only one of the biggest games ever. I don't really think it went anywhere...and with sims 2 and now 3 and animals on its way...why would we bring it back? Sure its a classic but...ugh nvm.. i'm done with this stupid topic. Postwhore |

Muckraker Posts: 227 Joined: 12 Apr 2008 | Sacrifice is probably one of the best games I've played in the last 10 years. The gameplay was flawless, the campaign was fun, and everything about it was amazingly well done. The graphics look great compared to everything else we saw around that time as well, so it doesn't look completely terrible. The game has a very Warcraft 3 feel and look to it, which is surprising considering the Warcraft 3 art style hadn't yet become popular. I'd be very, very happy with a Sacrifice 2, or a remake. |
Muckraker Posts: 346 Joined: 2 Jan 2008 | I've actually picked up a copy of the game from some budget bin after hearing from it from a friend... but everytime I start it up, I get halfway throught he tutorial, then stop again... o and in the real game I think I was at t he beginning and having to step into the mouth of 1 of so many god-thingies, but I wasn;t satisfied with any of the speeches they gave about themselves... so, gimme motivation :p why should I play this game? |
Paperboy Posts: 37 Joined: 16 Apr 2008 | Eh, I was more of a fan of Wild 9. Grabbing your enemies with a proto-Gravity Gun, lighting them on fire, and then feeding them into a chipper was good times. |
