The name of the game is to simply beat Mega Man 9 as fast as you can WITHOUT looking up any cheats or FAQ's. Also you must record your run and report your time here in this forum.
However the one problem I have is to find a suitable place to host the movie to be downloaded or viewed, because I plan to release the gameplay for a podcast I work with at http://gamesand.me . If any of our fellow Escapists have a suggestion I would love to hear from you either in a message or in this topic.
Please remember though that this is all for fun and to find out who can complete Mega Man 9 in the fastest time without any knowledge or experience other than playing the game.
EDIT: P.S. New avatar ^_^ |

As far as video hosting, revver is pretty good, and there's always youtube. For downloading the videos, you can make a free rapidshare or megaupload account and have people get the video that way. |

Same here. X5 was decent though.
Mega Man II still remains my favourite even though I know I'll never beat it.
EDIT: Wait, I have beaten Mega Man: Powered Up too. |

The game had me clock in at 2 hours and 45 minutes but it defenitly took a lot longer(about 5 hours) than that getting enough resources to defeat Dr.Wily. I will release a video asap as soon as I finish rendering the video to run properly. So for a first time run through I thought it was great challenge and kept the bar for a Mega Man game.
If you have any questions about MM9 please ask |
