Wait, do the triforce pieces actually do anything? I thought they only fuse with a person who believes in that ideal, and are only all powerful when they become one. |

Can't remember, I heard Zelda used it to turn into Sheik though. |

Resisting the near-obligatory Portal reference. You shouldn't set yourself up for stuff like that. On topic: I'd say wisdom. You don't need power, because if video games have taught us anything, it's that every baddy has a weakness, and no matter how weak you are, if you figure out it's weakness (a la wisdom), you can defeat it. |

Gannondorf got the Triforce of power and it granted him armies of undead and spirits. Link got courage and became brave enough to do whatever it took to save the world. Zelda got wisdom and...well.. became smarter? I'd take Power and use it to acquire the other two pieces. While one could argue that Wisdom would help you more, it would probably take time, and no matter how wise you are some situations are impossible without brute force . |

Then again it just makes me sound like i've payed a visit to the Emerald city with my misfit friends the scraggy bag of straw, the rusty axe-weilding robot and the little girl with the dog. |

Press Junketeer Posts: 361 Joined: 7 Jul 2008 | I think the way it worked was that when Gannondorf touched the complete Triforce, he only got the Triforce of power, the other two splitting off to Link and Zelda respectively. So it's not like he got a choice in the matter, it just got whatever was his dominant characteristic and/or desire. Which means whatever universal laws that govern the Triforce are really set up for power-mad dictators taking over things, which probably isn't that good. |

Oh right, didn't Gannondorf use his to take over hyrule while link was asleep too? That definitely made him more powerful. I don't think the triforce of courage made link any braver, though. He was out killing monsters and rescuing princesses as a kid, so he didn't really change too much as he got older. |

Triforce of Courage is probably how Link is allowed to wield the Master Sword. |
Gone Gonzo Posts: 1275 Joined: 29 Dec 2007 | POWER! I've had this question asked of me before and I always pick power. I don't want courage because only fools do not fear. There is a upside to wisdom, but against power... I pick power. |

Because he's a very well-spoken poster, of course. I mean, why else would he get banned? User was banned for: Half-wits to the left of me, Wankers to the right. (Permanent) |

Click the link under his words that says "user was banned for...", and you shall know. Anyways, I would pick whatever piece lets me do this. Fuck the world, I could rule the universe! |

If you would have one piece of the Triforce what piece would you want?
