Final Fantasy - Will continue trying to become the Japanese version of Lord of the Rings. Mario - Huge GTA type world with all types of places to go (including space). Star Wars - Jedi Force Powers in Star ships. Should the ships explode and the pilot is forced to eject they can fight in space with the power Force Breath/Oxygen/I don't freaking know.
I would also like to mention that I want a sequel to Shadow of Colossus. I know the company doesn't do that....but they need to.
And in regards to the Final Fantasy series I am waiting on them to "Dark Tower" the entire series and have multiple characters meet each other from different story lines and before you know it...millions of combinations in gameplay style.

This already made this. Jedi Star Fighter. You could use force powers to influence your ship, such as force speed to slow down time, etc. It was okay.

Seeing that it's Squares only MMO then I think it's a bad idea to take aspects from this and say it's typical of the series. Futhermore, I play FFXI and have a Mithra Red Mage at the max. level and can say with confidence that the only similarities between this and LotR is tall, posh elves with pointy ears. Although all their good for is bashing people around the head with a sword and have low dexterity, basically the opposite attibutes from Tolkien elves. And the mythological and folklore references are extremely well handled. And there aren't any religious references bar the religion of the land and the religion the Mithra in Kazham follow (which to me is the most sensible idea for a religion I've yet to hear).
If you're willing to make a proper reasoning behind your statement I'll be happy to deconstruct that too.

Some of them.... kinda do. Sort of. I don't really watch it, but I'm pretty sure everyone on the show can move faster than the eye can see, so it'd be kinda tough to do if you didn't put it "at scale".
My predictions:
Mass Effect 2 and 3, or "follow the totally generic trilogy map":
- By the beginning of ME2, the other races will be very sketchy on humans, either because they sacrificed the counsel or because Shepherd's actions have been spun to appear that they nearly led to galactic genocide, depending on which ending you got. - Shepherd, in particular, will be distrusted, due to his having been "touched by a Reaver". Many will be crying for his title to be stripped. - At least one member of the crew, most likely Tali or Garrus, will leave the crew. - By the halfway point of the game, your love interest will be captured or taken out of play. - By the 3/4 mark of the game, Joker will fall or be attacked, and his legs will be shattered, forcing him out of commission. - ME2 will end with the Reavers either returning or poised to return and Shepherd will be blamed for it. The Normandy will be destroyed.
- ME3 will bring back the entire original cast as Shepherd reassembles his team. This will include Tali/Garrus, as well as the love interest. - Shepherd will be flying around in a crappy ship for most of the game as he looks for a way to ultimately eradicate the Reapers. The secret to doing so will lie with the very first race that the Reapers destroyed. - By the 3/4 Mark, Shepherd's good name will be retored and he will be recognized by all as "The Only Hope". - A new "Mark 4" ship prototype based on the Normandy will complete it's development. It will be given to you by someone who says something about how they can't think of a better person to captain the vessel. - Joker will heal and enter the scene at this point, returning to complete your crew and fly the final missions for you. - The game will end with the Reapers completely destroyed, Shepherd recieving honors, and then retiring from the world of politics.

i actually don't like the way resident evil is going, i enjoy more of the older games that i enjoyed when i was a kid. give me nemesis and tyrant but with better graphics. i mean 5 will probably be a great game, i just thought the whole slow moving zombies lurking around a corner was just as heart pounding as zombies trying to climb a ladder. i'm sure it's just me though. mostly because i love old school horror movies and hate the direction that the new one's go these days. but now i'm just rambling.
