Piracy is bad | |
it's not piracy if it was free to being with
Monkeyman has a point there.
Who would be dumb enough to risk this???
People who really wanna tryout the new update.
Really it's not worth risking your account getting the banhammer when it's launching in 2 weeks time.
OMG A NEW UI.... wait why do i care? oh... it could get my XBL account banned... well then... maybe ill try...
As i like my gamerscore i think ill pass and wait till the 19th.
Holy cow, the NXE comes out on the 19th? that's my birthday! I think i can wait!
Kotaku reported that people who use this method are asking for a ban, not worth the risk.
Don't risk it. I got the feeling that this release was no accident.
Oh I get it. M$ is trying to clean up XBL by weeding out the stupid ppl.
Meh, judging by that link I don't think they'll drop the banhammer on this. The official release from Microsoft seemed fully aware of the public getting access to the preview and went so far as to let them know that they won't be able to connect until the 19th. Besides, how will they know you installed it if you can't connect? o_O
Apparently someone leaked the install files for the NXE on the internet and it is now available for all to try out. Now just to let you all know, YOU CAN NOT CONNECT ONLINE WITH IT TILL NOVEMBER 19th, it will not allow you, so if you plan to game, do not use this. Also there is no guarantee that Microsoft will not ban your console or get angry at you, so USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Get the update files here> http://www.platformnation.com/2008/10/31/play-with-the-new-xbox-experience-now/
You just put the update files on the root of a USB drive, Then just plug it into your Xbox 360 and turn it on.
