On any game, what is the weirdest glitch that has happened to you?

a halo 3 glitch when online my friend got shot 6 times in the head the blood even came out and he did not die

Need for Speed most wanted! I was playing lan and I hit this invisble pixel that threw me into the air and flipped my car 3 times and landed on my wheels again!

This never happened to me but,there was a guy on Youtube named xxMrA, who is doing a Half-Life 1 playthrough.Two weird glitches happened to him.
1.When he was in the garbage crusher he appered outside of them, not inside of them.
2.When he got the area with the Tau Gun.(The gun that you can charage)He opened a door that is normally locked.

I was playing Assassin's Creed today, and I was climbing up a ladder

A guard was climbing down the ladder and kicked me down.. I immediately started reclimbing the ladder, and when I got up to the guard, he was climbing the ladder FACE DOWN..

I go "WTF" and punch him, and he falls UP the ladder.. I start laughing, climb the rest of the ladder, and see the guard fall from the sky to his death on the other side of the archery tower.

Happened just a couple hours ago.

that reminds me of the mass Effect battle with Benezia.. occasionally, a piece of your body will get stuck in a piece of the environment.. and if it does, all hell breaks lose, you immediately freeze in place, and your limbs and body start to slowly stretch.

You will stay stuck and stretching until either you beat the encounter or you die, or you reset your game.. I was playing on Hardcore when this happened to me. I managed to survive by controlling my Team Mates and killing the encounter, but in the mean time my body stretch to an INSANE level.. it looked hilarious.. it looked like a scene from Fantastic Four, but cooler.

Another time my character in mass effect left the camera behind. I could control him, but my camera was stuck, with a targetting reticle that basically meant nothing.. that was weird too.

Also, in Mass Effect, I also completed the "Rogue AI" sidequest in the Citadel, and I completed the button movements so fast that I completed the entry before the timer for the quest started. What ended up happening was the timer was stuck on my screen until I restarted the game.. sitting in front of cutscenes and everything.

Yeah, I played a lot of mass effect, so I found a lot of bugs.. I was usually laughing throughout it though.

When playing Conker online, my head flies off but I'm still alive, and ran around headless.

Another one happened when I was playing Sly 2: Band of Thieves, I missed a jump on the blimp and was sent to a black screen, apparently falling. After about 30 seconds, everything becomes pink, I somehow got all the way up to the highest point in the level. It was quite fun.

In god of war 2 when you get dragged through the swamp by the barbarian, I must have had a bad copy anytime I tried the battle the camera would go off screen I could here the battle going on but I couldn't see anything, and if I went to far on the screen kratos would fall through the floor and just keep falling through the green mist for a minute or so before he would die.

I found one in Saints Row 2 that I found funny. In the 'Fight Club' minigames, one of the ones you play to get respect for story missions, you have to get your opponent's health down low so that it's easier to deliver a fatality via button-mash-o-riffic quick time event and snap the opponent's neck. I like to call the glitch the 'nuclear wedgie'. Basically, instead of you on the ground with your opponent trying to snap his neck with him struggling, your charecter does the attempting to fatality anamation. However, your opponent does the standard NPC frightened reaction that they pull out when gunshots or vehicular manslaughter are heard. From the right angle, it appears that the protaginist is attempting to give his opponent a massive wedgie, made all the more funny the opponent's next snaps by the apparent amount of force to his underpants.

I forget which Hitman it was, i think the most recent one. In the asylum, when i killed some of the people at random, their dead bodies would slide around on the floor and follow me. Kind of like that girl in the subway in Silent Hill 4. Scared the crap out of me.

This one time I was messing around in mario sunshine, and I ground-pounded on top of a durian and went through it.
I positioned it just right and he looked like he was wearing it like a costume, with holes for his arms and legs.
I should make a video of it sometime, it's hilarious looking.

Gears two. I was playing a local game with my friend and some bots. I killed a bot who had the sniper, which then fell on the ground. Then my friend through a grenade in my direction, sending everything flying, and the sniper hit me, and got stuck in my body, sticking out my torso. It was hilarious, we were laughing freaking hard.

In the earliest days of Counter-Strike there was a rare bug that would basically have the players' legs (from the waist down) stay in one spot. When the players moved in any way their torso would stretch out from their unmoving legs.

This one time I was playing blaseing angels for my Wii, I was on this level with a fjord and I was trying to get through it. well the whole thing was pissing me off so much I just kept ramming my plane into the wall so it would learn a lesson, about the 4th time I went into the wall, instead of exploding, i went right through, I could see the whole level but unfortunately, when I tried to get back into the level I exploded.

Once when playing mercs 2, I was taking a high value target in co-op and I died, my friend comes up and revives me, but when I get up my guy acts like he's still carrying the HVT, but hes lying right in front of me. I had to restart my console to get rid of that one.

Three, all of them happened in Fallout 3. I killed some Raiders from afar with my Assault Rifle, when suddenly they sprang up with their limbs really stretched out, and flew off into the horizon. Slightly strange, and a bit annoying that I couldn't find their bodies for teh epic lewtz. Another time, I was shooting at a Deathclaw as it slowly ran towards me while I was waiting for my AP to recharge. For no reason at all, the Deathclaw levitated in the air for a few seconds and then took off into the heavens, like it was on some sort of invisible elevator.

The last one was a bit concerning - I started talking to Moira who was in her sweeping animation, but when she looked up at me her eyes and teeth stayed in its old position. Eye/teeth-less Moira looked scary as hell, I can tell you.

playing saint's row and getting stuck in water. don't know how, i jumped into the river and just stopped, couldn't swim or anything.

2 'recent' glitches, I haven't played any (new)PC games in a while(well, downloaded some recent releases to decide if I'd buy them, but IMO that's not playing a game) which often have a lot of weird things, and it's been a while since I've touched my consoles.

Another in Gears 2 that has recently happened to me. Me and two friends were playing horde, I was up in an area sniping not paying attention when I got hit by a torque bow. After I was hit I was downed, and i started crawling to my friend, but after about a second I just up and died and it said "ETERN4L R4PTURE (curb stomp symbol) ETERN4L R4PTURE". Implying that I some how curb stomped myself as I was crawling away...

I had one in GTA4 where pedestrians would burst into flame when I ran them over. It happened a few times and it was pretty hilarious.

I have a couple:

First i was playing battlfield bad company online and i saw this one guy (i was snipin) and i shot, i then got 3 headshots from that one bullet, and none of the 3 kills were the guy i was originally aiming at.

Second, im not so sure this doesnt happen to everyone, but i was playin dirt and it was just a stupid random race cuz i got bored. it was one of the paved tracks, u can get to it without doing any of the story. but anyway, i was goin around the first turn and theres a sign by this coned off area where u cant go through, i was on the inside of the turn and got knocked into the edge of the sign. i then proceeded to hit the sign, die, send my car flippin multiple times, and then settled. i was playin just to crash neway so i went and watched the replay when i noticed my car was never going to hit the sign, but when i got to be about 2 virtual feet away, the sign mved directly in front of my car. i think this is some weird thing that isnt only in my game because i was playing grid and a tire stack did the same thing.

Third, i was playing halo 2 with some friend and we were in the cave map, cant remember the name, and we were snipin each other offa the tops of ghosts to mess with the ragdoll effects, and at one point a fourth friend came over but he was just in the map watchin, i went to snipe my friend offa the ghost, but when i shot i killed myself, and the friend that was only standing in the map.

Theres also this glitch i heard about in battlefield 2 where when u r snipin and u watch someone climb a ladder, for a split second u can c the person climbin appear at the top of the ladder, and if u get the timin down u can actually kill them when it happens.

2 in GTA4: the first one i was riding the NRG900 and started to ride a wheely up a hill, i of course jumped the hill and for some odd reason the bike was verticle but kept going straight. When i hit a building it sent Nico flying backwards for about 3 seconds. The second one was when i drove the comet off road and into a guard rail, and the car bounced off the guard rail and started bouncing all over the grass like a pin ball.

One in GTA IV, I was driving along and I crashed into a post box. Instead of knocking it down I just teleported high into the air for some reason.

And once in Oblivion when I was in the Imperial underground section the Emperor's hair didn't load. He was completely bald, it looked really weird.

Wow I have a bunch Assassin's Creed. The first being a guard started to attack me and I accidently walked off the edge of the building and the guard ran full speed off the building to die on the ground.

The second is when I was killing random guards, one appeared to stand at a 45 degree angle from the roof with his feet in the building. When I attacked him with the hidden blade Altair also went into the building.

The last is with King Richard, his face became a mask and his neck would stretch awkwardly.

But my favorite glitch of all time is that in Goldeneye for the N64, it was impossible to walk down stairs while in a crouch. Bond would continue to walk on the plane he curently was one while floating above the ground.

Yet another on gears, Ive been playing it a lot lately. I was walking along and all of a sudden my character just exploded. The game didn't even tell me how I died it just said my name in the bottom corner and that was it.

Gears of war 2. Wingman. My team was supposed to be drones; we were therons. The Tai team was turned into a Marcus team, meaning two teams of Marcus. One of the Carmines became a Marcus too. Weird as hell.

Well, I have a glitch in my copy of Oblivion that causes me to stay stuck in sceno mode after the conversation at the end of the Thieve's Guild quest, and now I cannot complete the quest line and get the cowl. Although I think the wierdest is in any game where you can fall through the ground outside of the map.

I've got two I can remember:

1.) Over a year ago, I was playing Crackdown for the 360 and while driving around, I rammed into a civilian car. This thing launched into the heavens and never came back down. Got the Peacekeepers pissed at me as well.
2.)Two months ago, I was playing Bully: Scholarship Edition for the 360 and at night, I once saw a prefect stranded in the air, moving his arms
and legs in the motion of pedaling a bicycle in the air. Sort of.

in Shadow of colossus when i rode the horse it slowly sank into the ground and get stuck. when i jumped off though i got stuck mid air and lie prone in air.

in a multiplayer James Bond game(don't remember which one) I fell through the floor and was stuck beneath the ground, able to shoot out but not get shot, which was fine until I ran out of ammo

TF2: I once sniped a scout standing directly behind me. don't know how it happened but it was hilarious.

Metroid Prime 3: A bosses AI got totally disabled. he just stood at the edge of the arena and only seemed to notice me if I came withing 10 feet of him. worked out well for me, since I could still hurt him

Game crashes. 'Nuff said.

Oblivion, all of the guards/animals/NPCs in an entire town gathered by a fountain and started walking in a small circle. An area of effect spell made this particularly hillarious.

While playing oblivion once i was having fun chasing down deer and slicing the crap outta them. I came up to one of the little bastards and did that master blade stab thingy (whatever its called i dont remember) and it began rolling down the hill with its legs streching like chewed bubble gum flailing around in the air. As i sat there and watched these strechy legs flail around like 10 feet in the air i bust out laughing and almost shat myself =)
