So I've been wearing the hat and glasses from the agent in Megaton since about level 3. I've just got to level 25 and I've only just realised how much it makes your character look like Yahtzee.
On topic: Has anybody else raised the level cap because it's way too short?

Actually i think that was all part of there master plan! they added a Yahtzee look alike into the game just so he would like the game!.They knew that people listnd to him and took his advice so they bribed him! I am onto you Bethsada!
Ionait: You have the pc version of Fallout 3? You lucky.. PC gamers get to fix all the glitches themselves AND raise the level cap? Booo.. I bet you can even find Walter. Any possible way to put in those kinds of commands on the 360 version?
I was very depressed that I couldn't run the PC version of Fallout 3, recalling how much better all the mods made Oblivion.

Subconscoiusly creating a character you only later came to realise looked like a games 'journalist' you & many others seem a bit too admiring of? That there is the character customisation equivilent of a Freudian slip :-D
I definitely don't think it was intentional. Though comparing my screenshot to Gigabytes pic of Yahtzee, the hat is like 100% identical. Glasses are completely different and it's just a coinsidence that I gave my guy similar facial hair. I was trying to make my guy look like me. They didn't have long hair though :( Damn lazy programmers. The only game where I've had my actual hair style is in Pirates of the Burning Sea.
That's a very popular variety of hat. I have one, it should be noted, and have owned one since before I started watching ZP to any people who would say I was copying Yahtzee. You know who you are.
My guy looks pretty close to Gordon Freeman, quite frankly. I might have made his face not thin enough, but other than that it's pretty damn close.
Reaperman Wompa: Kind of off topic, from behind with a ripper and Tesla Armor, did anyone else think that your char looked like a Space Marine?
Though love the pic.
Why use a chainsword when you can use a chainsword which is on fire? ;D
Shishkebob? DAMMIT I CAN"T FIND MOTORBIKE PARTS!!!
I want one, so much.
Seriously? I was swimming in motorbike parts. I think there's both piece of a motorbike next to one around one of the sides of Springvale School near Vault 101/Megaton. I'm fairly certain I spotted those. Though I haven't been there since I first wandered over there at level 1 trying to find Megaton. "I wonder if it's in the school's basement?" I said to myself. Nope, more raiders to suck on the end of my hunting rifle.

Haha I guess you're right, but I've got rid of that armour for something that looks cool since I realised that the armour makes pretty much no difference what-so-ever. Now I have a coat from the leader of a group of cannibals. Seriously though how can you LOSE karma from killing a bunch of kid-napping cannibals? I killed them anwyay hoping I'd get good karma in real life.

Vampires, not cannibals. You should try playing that quest without murdering everyone in sight :)

I see... Yeah I wasn't paying much attention to what was going on. All I knew was some people kid-napped some dudes son, so I went there and they were like "yeah, we eat human flesh" but then without contradicting themselves said "we only eat the blood and throw the rest away" But I was still just like "Gross" and killed them :( Which also made the people on-top the bridge hate me. Yep.

You need a lockpick skill of 101, a bobby pin, and a jackhammer.
Sennz0r: Now the question is: Did Bethesda do this on purpose?
You mean, did they purposely gave those glasses to Mr.Burke and made a Pre-War hat with Yahtzee in mind? No, no they didn't. You can make a Gordon Freeman as well and I'm pretty sure they didn't made that on purpose either. It's called, character customization. Thanks for your time.
Actually the fact that you just stated that you could also make a Gordon Freeman makes me believe they actually did put stuff like that in on purpose.
See children? This is called a delusion. Or as I like to call it
religion
He-he-he...
....Alright I'll stop that now.
Well I now respect you more than I have respected anyone else, Richard.
If you want perfect representations, get Saints Row 2. I have created a Yahtzee, a Mr T and a Joker and it looks so perfect too.
CrafterMan: Um I have the xbox version is the level cap 20?
Gotham Soul: I'm pretty sure the level cap is 20 in both versions...
Amnestic: But it's removeable via mods or console commands in the PC version. 360 has no such thing.
Yep Yep. The initial cap is 20 in both versions but on PC you can use "setgs iMaxCharacterLevel XXX" to change it to what ever you want. The downside is it goes back to 20 when you close the game, so you have to do it everytime you play.

I assume that should you have a mod installed and remember to activate it everytime you start the game (Does anyone know if there's a way to auto-toggle the mods to "on" everytime? They keep reverting to off whenever I close down the game) then you wouldn't suffer from such a thing, though I haven't tested it so I couldn't say.

Good idea. The thing is using console commands isn't really a mod so there's no way it can affect the game permanently. I haven't really thought about modding the game yet but it certainly improved things in Oblivion so I'll give it a go. I'm assuming the modding community isn't that big (at the moment) and they might not have a mod-manager or even a level-cap mod yet but I'm definitely gonna look.
Haha true that
