True that. I think i only just realised how much i friendly fire. I don't mean to do it, but sometimes your buddies will decide to park their asses in front of you while your popping a few zombie heads with your shotgun, or i just have bad aim, twitch, and shoot them accidently. This has become extremely apparent in advanced/expert difficulties where i'm the only one with green health and everyone else has fallen down at least once. I don't think i did that much damage, but certainly some of it. I think i'll stick to the hunting rifle or assault rifle until i work on my friendly fire. |

Ever heard of research groups? That's how marketing companies test their products, that's how directors test their pilot of a upcoming series. In this case my research group consists of two people, the conclusions that I'll find won't be very strong but it doesn't take any liability of the method I'm using. Now if I was going to oh lets say youtube and use all the fucking videos people tape complaining about xbox live and the racist kiddos to my personal research group I would have stronger evidence to back my claim. There's a reason why people don't make videos complaining about the PSN you know. Xbox live has too many idiots in it. That doesn't necessarily make ALL of the live users morons though. Gone Gonzo  Posts: 2873 Joined: 25 Aug 2008 | I think there are a lot of idiots on every system including the PC for instance last night my friends had buggered off for sleep and so I joined a game with a bunch of strangers, things were going alright at first but then one of the team ran on ahead and got mauled by a hunter. So I healed him with my medkit. Needless to say he did not return the favour as later on when the rest of the team was near death and were struggling along he decides to heal himself with his medkit despite the fact he was only in yellow health where the rest of us were in the red in regards to health. Finely near the end of the game we get attacked by a tank and mauled badly, I had found another medkit by this point, and so used in on myself during the tank account, that guy then dies calls me a noob and votekicks me. Needless to say I just decided to leave anyway so there's assholes everywhere |

Firstly, whether it's a PC or a console version of a game, you are going to find arrogant and immature assholes in online games. You may not have found any yet, you may not find any today, you may not find any in the immediate future but you will some day, I guarentee you. Secondly, If I remember correctly I believe I stated on a different thread previously that I predicted that this game would have an issue with co-operation between players. I would now like to take the time to say 'I fucking called it'. (here's the link: http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/7.70444#729379) Finally, I also had problems with other players (this was in the demo), one person on my team randomly turned his mic off and started hurling molotovs at us, fireing his shotty at us and making sure we had no medical kits left by using them all on himself along with any pills in the level (this was on advanced difficulty if anyone is curious). |

You do know the reason there are not many videos insulting PSN users - because not many PSN users have microphones, whilst almost everyone on Live does. You cannot have a scientific experiment based on 2 people. There are over a million Live accounts; and you are comparing youtube videos (so about a few hundred idiots on videos) against millions of people... |

Well, medical research involves a large group of very (medically, different blood types/conditions, etc.) different people, but racism starts when a black man steals your car and you start thinking all black people would do such a thing. I was making a point about Richard accusing all of the XBL community of being idiots because of two people that were being idiots (they weren't even playing on they Xbox to begin with). |
