Ok, this is a forum where you can confess to you being a fanboy.
For example, I will say right now that I am a fanboy for CoD4 and Infinity Ward in general.
It feels good to get it out.

I'm definitely a Bethesda fanboy.

Every one of their games brings great joy to me.

Bastila fanboy. I'm not really much of a fanboy for anything... I guess maybe my Alienware. I"m pretty levelheaded when it comes to gaming and such.

EDIT: Scratch that. Somebody just said Bioware and I have to agree to being a Bioware fanboy. I'm also a Bungie fanboy come to think of it... Not a Halo fanboy, a Bungie fanboy.

Pokemon fanboy (The games atlest)
They are fantastic and the reason I got my first gameboy, sitting there for hours on Pokemon Red.

Loved it ever since.

I am a fan of PC gaming, however I'm not a fanboy. Yes, fanboy might technically mean the same thing, however it has gained the connotation of being a person who loves something but denies other people the right to either a:not love it or b:love anything else. I understand other people's reasons for preferring consoles, they just don't apply to me.

*Prays that this post won't set off yet another stupid and pointless PC vs. Xbox 360 vs. Ps3 vs. Wii vs. Every other game console vs. going outside argument*

Eh, I guess I'm a BioWare/Obsidian fanboy, along with Bethesda, Valve, and sometimes Epic too.
Not good. *shudders*
Although saying that I don't rabidly attack constructive criticism on their games, I just try to see the positive bits and hope that someone can mod/patch-out the negatives.

My friends consider me an Xbox 360 fan boy, but that's more to do with me being eager to offer my opinion in an argument, rather than because of any particular hatred for other consoles.

Halo 3(60) fanboy here. Used to be the main 360 here (we really don't have many diehard 360 fans here) though I've mellowed.

I'd say I'm either a Metroid Fanboy, a Castlevania fanboy (I got into the series on the 64 ones, that's how much I love that series), or a Dragon Quest Fanboy.

I love splintercell best stealth mechanic ever, and I think MGS can suck it.

Keep in mind that being a fanboy implies that you would defend your chosen game/dev/console/whatever against any who dare criticize it, no matter how legitimate the criticism. With that in mind, I am definitely a Joss Whedon fanboy. *can't wait for Dollhouse*

Bit of Valve (im a bit obssesed with TF2 specially for the style)

And in a good part, Mario and Zelda, maybe is the nostalgia i even have some ideas for a Zelda fancomic.

Edit: im also interested in anime and manga.

Squareso- I mean SquareEnix Fanboy right here, Zelda games too.
SquareEnix have brought out some of the best games for nearly every console.
Even the ones that haven't been a huge hit are worth playing.

Uhhhhhhh... Manga/Anime fanboy... Whew... That felt good to say for some reason. Just to make it clear, I hate both naruto and bleach.

Well, game related I guess I'm a... Realism fanboy? I'm falling out with gaming, Might make a thread on that one once I know the reasons.

i guess you could call me an SNK fanboy. You'd be wrong though as I point out their huge faults anytime I play their games, like their inability to find and english speaking person to proofread the english text. I still play the games though and will argue that Psycho Soldier is one of the most fun games of all time, despite the broken boss fights, while King of Fighters (2000 to XI at least) are the best fighting games.
Maximum Impact games were poor though and then there was that game where you feel up underage girls to see if they're a vampire or not...

I confess to being a fan of Valve, Watchmen and W40k. Tell me that the tyranids are a rip-off of the zerg and I'm likely to kill you.

Valve, they're just neat.

I guess Nintendo too- while not as consistent, they've had the most experience and hold the most nostalgia for me.

Oh nearly forgot, Raiden, Worms (Not the 3D ones, they don't count) and Metal Slug.

:D
