Yep, and according to the scenario there are lots of other people who are also trapped with their PCs, but it doesn't look like new games would be released. Mods would run rampant.

PC and I don't have to think for more than a flash about it. The only console that gets any regular play with me is the DS, and then only because gaming on a laptop in bed doesn't really work.

I'm gonna say Wii. The reason? It's got more games I like than any current-gen system, plus the entire Gamecube library, plus Virtual Console.

I dunno. I'd probably still say Wii.

Playstation 2 or SNES. The current console wars could head in any direction, and I just don't feel that any of the consoles has a lineup that can match the PS2 or SNES.

And no, B/C doesn't count (it's only in one PS3 model, and hardly works at all on 360), and neither does Virtual Console.

NES would have been my first choice, but i got to say this that while i go for the PC it's closely followed by the Xbox360 but that is only assuming you have only the key and mouse for the pc, if you had all the different controllers for the PC then it would be miles ahead of any of the consoles.

The Amiga 500. Including its public domain scene, it probably offered the biggest game library ever. And the best, in my opinion.

Of course I would pick the PC, it's the only thing that has stood longer than any console and that's because you can always alter it.

Since I would be stuck with my friends, I'd pick the 360, since nobody want's to wait for their turn on the PC :P.

If I had a gaming PC I'd play that.

This isn't about console superiority, it's about me beating the system. ;)

This is why I bought the Wii over the PS3 and Xbox 360, this or the PC, I can't pick! But PC would normally win because you can nearly do anything on them.

I picked the 360 because I prefer the feel of a controller than a keyboard (and I seem to suck infinitely more on PC for some reason) and I've never really gotten into RPG's, so I don't feel I'm missing out on that much.

Hmm, im not sure if one should take emulations into considering, most of them are illegal and is purchasable (for an ridiculous high price) on the wii.

Personally I would have picked the 360, but the PS2, N64, PC and maybe Wii would all have been okay for me.

Thousands + Thousands...

Of course this doesn't necessarily mean that they're all good, oh far from it. But you do have the widest choice of game genres, game eras, and not to mention all the games accessible through emulators for a huge variety of consoles (even ZX-Spectrum games all come on one CD, if you feel like playing Jet Set Willy again of course).

ps3 because you can play ps1 and ps2 games on it too (well...on SOME of the models)

This zombie apocalypse doesn't sound so bad, internet still works and we don't have to worry about energy (I guess we captured a bunch of hamsters to power the generator) - well, gonna pick the PC. If it fucks up, I'll fix it myself. If the 360 RRODs, too bad, microsoft is gone!
