Gone Gonzo Posts: 1374 Joined: 16 Jul 2008 | A patch came out a couple days ago that greatly improved the useability of the spy, the abilities of the engineer, and stopped the demoman being such an easy killwhore. Nothing can rival the Pyro on pure people destruction though. You just have to bare in mind that the pyro must rush in and die in order to clear the point. Sometimes you don't die =p |

I know deja-nazi's and mods might think this not worthy of a new post, but I'm going to post this anyways.
TF2, on Steam this weekend, is $9.99. It's an old game, but this is only my second time trying it (and first time it's actually mine) so I'd like to call on you TF2 pros for advice. What has changed with the updates? Have strategies for most classes changed? What's the easiest class to start out with? What's the general vs. for each class (i.e., what each one is strong/weak against)?
If I have time/the mindset later on, I might stop by the escapist server later on.
