Hey, I've just joined so I'm sorry if this has already been done, but what is the stupidest glitch you've experienced in a game? Can be any console, any genre; you name it.

For me it was when I was playing fallout on my PS3, I walked out of the door in Moriarty's saloon and everything turned green, my PS3 beeped and the screen went black, I restarted it saying the game data is corrupted.

Mercenaries 2 - I managed to shove a jetski (or whatever they're called, my dictionary is fucked atm) into some woodwork and couldn't get it back out. Failed the bonus mission I was attempting because of it.

GTA: San Andreas. on that train mission where you're on the motorcycle with bigsmoke and I kept falling through the ground into the water and killing him... >.<

Al-Quadim: The Genie's Curse - Barely a few minutes into the game my character would get stuck on a wall during a scripted sequence. He would continue walking into the wall indefinately and since the entire thing is scripted, I couldn't intervene and move him. I couldn't even exit to the main menu and had to reboot my computer. After this had happened for some 10 times in a row, I gave up...

Another one of mine is when I was playing Motorstorm and ran through one of the mountains surrounding the track, when i restarted i was invisible and had no boost.

Haha.

Saints Row 2- whenever I use the car provided at the beginning of a mission, the game freezes when I get over 70 mph.

I accidentally killed Walton Simons in Deus Ex when you first see him. Oops.

In Fallout3 if you are standing behind a person sitting down and they are talking to you out of conversation mode, their head twitches vigorously from side to side as they try to face you.

Prince of Persia: Sands of time. The elevator mission where you have to fend off a pretty big attack and defened Farrah. I finish it without dying and pause the game to drink some water. I return, resume the game and Farrah magically vanishes and the game tells me I failed the mission.

saints row, while doing a mission my car froze and only my guy was visible, had to either restart the game or get killed, and i could still shoot but i couldnt get out

Ow how I remember this one...GTA SA (pc). It seems that if you use weapon cheats every now and then the game gets weird..
A totally easy mission on a boat, kill the people aboard, save the hostages, just a walk in the park when typing professionalskit (thats the cheat dumbass). CJ is asked to climb a crate, the sound of bones breaking goes trough my headset and CJ is dead, have to start mission over...appearantly he broke his leg climbing a effin crate...

Being on a Speeder Bike in Star Wars Battlefront I or II, and suddenly your controls lock up JUST as you're trying to move out of the way of a tree (FYI, crashing into ANYTHING at high speed on a Speeder Bike nets an instant explosive death). Particularly annoying when I'm trying to get into the Imperial Bunker on Endor, try to get off the Bike at the right moment, button doesn't work and crash into the Bunker.

Or my favourite: Space Battles in Battlefront II. I have missiles coming at me. I pull a shit load of aerobatic moves that SHOULD BREAK THE LOCK according to the gameplay laws, doesn't, then JUST as the missiles hit me I can no longer pull the aerobatic moves. Cue death and a very pissed-off player.

Left 4 Dead, but this was a glitch in my favor.

Either me or my friend accidentally startled the witch, and we could hear her for like 10 full seconds, and nothing. It turns out she was stuck to the wall of a truck. We could shoot her though.

my computers hard drive was a bit fucked when i installed WAR and pretty much all of the high elf archetecture robes and scnery came out as bright rainbow squarses

The Railroad gun in Fallout 3. Why would they do something like that? Give us a fun gun then freeze the game everytime you use it.

STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl.

When you get to Pripyat, you have to follow 5 heavily armed stalkers to a tunnel. somewhere along the way I couldn't get get to the tunnel and complete the task cause the stalkers wouldn't move past an intersection.

Mirrors Edge on PS3, training mission. On the zipwire bit, Faith kept letting go randomly.

Fable 2 crashing and when you cant even talk to the love letter dude.

My worst glitch was on The Adventure of Link.
I walked up to a character, and he said "I AM ERROR." and my game froze, and it hasn't worked since. So, I never got to finish the damn game, none the less could I find another one.

Fallout 3: Fell through a rock and got stuck there till a Radroch bit me very slowly to death

Assassins Creed: Froze and corupted the data

COD5: Grenade froze above my head, didn't know till it went boom. Someone shoved me to the floor so they could stab me, but before I could click R3 my team shot him and I just layed there on the ground Invincible

Dead Space: Zero Gravity Failed and I couldn't complete the objective

BioShock: Used my Wrench will the lightning thing and it shocked me insted of the Splicer

Prince of Persia: Sands of Time. I had just finished killing a horde of sand creatures, and I go into a vision, and when I come out. Farah tripped over a lily pad into the water and died. "Unhelpful, but fucking funny". I couldn't continue because she kept tripping and dying.

Halo2> Fucking glitcher kept using the rocket/sword glitch. Killed me over 97 times in twenty minutes.

I was play POP 2 thrones. I climbed up a ladder, floated across a green square for about 15 seconds and then it went to cut scene of the prince dying and I had to restart from the last checkpoint. Didn't really bother me though.

Star Wars: Jedi Academy, where I fell off the MAP. And survived to run around an endless void of no map's land.

this has nothing to do with a game but his has some thing to do with many games. The stupidist glitch ever is when you walk into a wall or down or up stairs and you fall into a never ending black space where you can get out or go back in, i think its the supidist glitch ever

THE ENTIRE OF FABLE 2
my first file broke after that damn 'save Charlie form the evil tomb' when i got stuck in a conversation, my second got corrupted for no damn reason, and now fable 2 breaks every ten minutes rendering it unplayable,
thanks a fuck load peter molynoux nest time don't release a broken fucking game.
(other then that fable 2 was really good)

My favourite glitch ever.

There are a few places in Oblivion (especially Shivering Isles) where it is possible to sneak up on an NPC that is supposed to always be an enemy and pop out of sneak mode and talk to them before they turn hostile. When that happens, they turn around with a big smile on their face and say "I HAVE NO GREETING"

In CoD:WaW when little cheaters go underneath the maps and kill you from there, and its impossible to get them unless you know how to get done there, which i dont.

In GTA: San Andreas when on a mountain bike, if you reverse, then tap accelerate whilst still holding reverse, CJ morphs into the floor.

When your in Fable 2 when your talking to the theif guy in Bloodsotne. Well if you pause the game while he is still talking, Save and quit (like I did) then you get permanitly stuck in there. Aperently the game is saying a scene is still going on and wont let you exit the "scene" even though he is just standing there looking at you.
