I usually say "whee..." with a broad grin on my face or something like that, especially if body parts fly in different directions.

I don't say anything to them, though if I am killed in a rather interesting fashion or by a damned good shot I will congratulate the said opponent. That make me weird?

When someone really irritates me I yell "DIE YOU (censored)(Soooo censored!)" and then I empty all my gun's bullets on them...

If I just killed an infected with stupid AI character I usually say a one liner, such as "You poor bastard..." or "Ha ha! You're dead" or the mother of all " Pwned bitches!" :D

I'm normally a respectable player... normally. And I generally keep it dignified, after all it's just a game. And even if i absolutely shatter them I i say "good game" after every round. But at times if they talk trash before hand, then i tend to... have an emotional outburst. My usual reply to trash talk is "good one, I'll remember it when I'm climbing off your mother tonight".

well, i've been playing alot of L4D, and i don't really shout anything, i just talk in a very dry voice and point out that i killed some zombies, and now three are more zombies, and i'm spinning around, and i'm dying, and i can't see anything. Oh, and i emphasize the end of every sentence sometimes. And start it with "okay..."
eg. "okay, i'm kiling some ZOMBIES, and i'm running AROUND, and some THINGS, and a BOOMER, and now i'm DEAD"

I don't bother to rub their nose in it. They can usually tell if I'm winning or killed them, so I don't have to remind them. If I'm losing and they're gloating about it, I outwit them in most cases.

Just a random, 'Heh', or 'Yes!' if the kill was being a little troublesome. Other than that, I don't say anything. I've got a 9045 kill count in Halo 3 alone. If I said something every goddamn time, then I'd drive me, or my team-mates insane.
