Gone Gonzo Posts: 1479 Joined: 6 Feb 2008 | That moogle is pretty kewl. N personally dont see any big deal about getting game related tattoos. Better than another generic koi carp or some other case of Asian/Americana culture theft that seems to be what all the kewl kids get. Least a gaming tattoo might have some cultural/personal significance to a gamer. |

For anyone that was wondering, it's Engra deathsword a warhammer fantasy champion of chaos. I plan on getting a nerd sleave done eventually, just need an artist that feels up to the challenge. |

All I can think about that is, "Look at me, I steal stuff from Deviant Art!" or something like that. |

Its actually stolen from Warhammer Onlines concept art, but I get what you mean. Also as cool as it looks I'm not sure if it actually works that well as a tattoo. |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 2381 Joined: 29 Oct 2008 | I don't personally have any gaming related tattoos but one of my mates has pixelated cherries from Pacman tattood on his ankle. They're pretty lame and I'm positive he's going to regret them at some point. But he won't admit it so I'll never know. I've always sort of wanted the crest from the Hylian Shield (from Zelda) on my back. Not the whole thing, just the yellow bit. |

Well, about five months ago I got my context and I just knew it was the right time. |

Beat Writer Posts: 128 Joined: 2 Jan 2009 | It's not from a game per se (although it has been in several games) but my best friend has a tattoo of the Rebel Alliance symbol from Star Wars. P.S. To answer the question, tattoos are not for me, game-based or otherwise, but to each his/her own. |

Fucking. Awesome.
Moogles are cute, and their general character suits her to a T. |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 1602 Joined: 13 Oct 2008 | Ok, can anyone tell me what a damn "Moogle" is? I guess it's not the strangest tattoo I've seen on a woman. I once dated a girl with red pepper on her backside. Then another girl with a series of stars below her belly button. I associated those with her rank in the whore army. She was a field marshall or something, but I digress...wait, I don't even remember what I was talking about. Oh well... |

I hate to be pedantic, but that's one of the most iconic images in the Games Workshop franchise, and has been around for a lot longer than Warhammer Online has. |

QFT, that is a work by John "blanchitsu" Blanche I believe, and was first published with the 3rd or 4th edition of Warhammer Fantasy Chaos? (the current is the 7th edition) |

Moogles have been ongoing characters in one form or another in the Final Fantasy series for years. I think it was FFIII that had them first, but I may be wrong. |

We all know some things are pure awesome when it comes to icons, logos or faces in games. But how many of you would have these inked onto you permanently?
I bring this up after I had the pleasure of meeting a girl who has a Moogle tattooed on her wrist:
Apparently she will be getting a "sleeve" of them, and the next one is Vivi.
It made me think about videogaming tattoos i have seen. Namely, those involved with EVE. I know a few people who have had a racial logo tattoo'd onto them - the most popular being Gurista and Minmatar (sorry, can't find the one I had of this on someone) logos, however some people such as Chribba (possibly the most well known character) have specialised a bit.
Another one!
This post has a point. What game-related tattoo's do you know of? Is it worth while? Share and discuss.
EDIT: Additional, the BSOD Tattoo
