Last Chance on Dark Souls II PC Pre-Order

No better way to spend the upcoming weekend than to die multiple times within a five minute timespan.

On Friday this week, Dark Souls II will finally release on PC. Those who held back on buying the console version thankfully don't have to shell out the full $59.99 console list price. In fact, you won't even have to pay as much as the $49.99 PC gamers spend for the title at Steam Store. GMG has a 20% off coupon code this week that applies to Dark Souls II, slashing the price to $40. The discount also works in the UK and EU.

If you've been checking the newswire today, you know that Bioware make the big Dragon Age: Inquisition release date announcement: October 7th, 2014. Already the PC pre-order is up on Origin for $59.99, but more notably, Origin is offering an exclusive "Digital Deluxe Edition" for $69.99. Included in that pre-order are a ton of in-game goodies like mounts, weapons, armor, and your very own dragon skull throne. The Deluxe also includes a digital soundtrack and some yet-to-be announced content.

Speaking of everyone's favorite PC Gaming DRM (or everyone's least favorite DRM), late last week Origin fired up its "Gigabytes of Deals" Spring PC Gaming sale. Most deals are just OK, but there are a few gems in the lot, including Battlefield 4 for only $25 and SimCity (2013) for $15 - both at their lowest prices ever.
