Austin Game Conference Rates to Rise

The Game Initiative announces early registration period ending this Friday. The September 6-8 conference price will go to $395 after Friday. And $495 at the door.

Keynote speakers at the conference include the Blizzard VP of Game Design Rob Pardo, The sci-fi writer Vernor Vinge, and a "Surprise Guest Keynote" to be announced shortly. Computer mogul Michael Dell will also participate in a special Q&A session in the Tech Pavilion.

The Austin Game Conference will run concurrently to the Casual Games Conference, the Game Audio Conference, and the Game Writers Conference.
