Ubisoft Promotes Marc Fiorentino

French publisher announces the appointment of a Board-level director, following the resignation of Yvette Guillemot.

Fiorentino is a forty-six year-old graduate of HEC, the Franch business school. The board of directors will submit his appointment for ratification at the next Ordinary General Meeting, scheduled for September 25th.
