SEC Investigates EA

| 21 Sep 2006 16:49

Electronic Arts is now under investigation by the Securities And Exchange Commission.

The SEC has requested documents from as far back as 1997 as part of an investigation into EA's stock options practices. It appears that game publishers are a focus for the SEC lately, with companies like Take Two, Nvidia, Activision and THQ under similar scrutiny.
