Sony Loses More Exclusives

| 22 Nov 2006 17:29

Previously only announced for the PS3, two Koei games are now coming to the Xbox 360.

Fatal Inertia, a "high-performance street racing, rally, and demolition derby" by the new Canadian development branch of Koei, was initially announced as a PS3 launch title in Europe. Bladestorm: The Hundred Years' War, an upcoming RTS game set in the first half of the 14th century, is also a PS3 Europe launch title. Both games are now headed to the Xbox 360, although Koei has not given a release date for the system.

This follows a Newsweek report claiming that Playstation chief Ken Kutaragi was slow signing contracts for valuable 3rd party titles such as Grand Theft Auto 4 and Assassin's Creed, giving Microsoft an opening to secure same-day releases for the Xbox 360.
