"A Tribute to Keith Parkinson" Art Tour Coming to Art Institutes

Sony Online Entertainment and Sigil Games Online announced an art exhibition with the Art Institutes to bring "The Masters of Fantasy Art - A Tribute to Keith Parkinson" to five major cities in the U.S.

The late Keith Parkinson's artwork shaped the artistic vision for Vanguard: Saga of Heroes, which is an MMOG that released on January 30.

The theme of the show is to show the connection between the art and technology in "today's interactive entertainment industry". By partnering with the Art Institute, Sony also intends to raise awareness of computer and graphic arts as an art form.

"The Masters of Fantasy Art - A Tribute to Keith Parkinson" is scheduled to be shown at these locations on these dates:

February 2-26: The Art Institute of California, San Francisco
March 6-April 2: The Art Institute of Las Vegas
April 9-27: the Art Institute of Washington, D.C.
May 8-25: The Art Institute of New York City
June 4-July 31: The Art Institute of California, San Diego
