Codemasters and Glu partner for mobile publishing

Codemasters, the owners of several successful game franchises including Operation Flashpoint, will be working with Glu Mobile to bring these games to the mobile platform.

Game developers as a whole are starting to move towards the mobile gaming space as numbers rise and high-speed 3G networks expand.

Under the new arrangement between Glu Mobile and Codemasters, Glu will develop and publish mobile game titles based on previous Codemasters games. The hope is that Glu's mobile expertise will help drive Codemasters titles from standard platforms to mobile gamers.

The first game planned under the new agreement is LMA Manager, a Soccer-management game due out in Autumn 2007.
