New Multiplayer Map Packs for Lost Planet: Extreme Condition

Capcom announced plans to offer seven new multiplayer maps over the next few months, the first of which is due around March 9.

The first map pack will cost 400 Microsoft points and will contain two new multiplayer levels: "Radar Field" and "Island 902."

"Radar Field" features a close quarters facility which is under construction, and "Island 902" is a Pacific-themed map with islands connected by bridges and large underwater areas.

In addition, "Battleground," a map that was only available to those who purchased the collector's edition of Lost Planet: Extreme Condition will be made available for free to all Lost Planet players. The free "Battleground" map download and the next two map packs will be made available in the coming months.
